This isn't a quick change. This is a life time. I once had to change a French inspector into an English gentlemen in one minute. Not of stage, not, in the wings. On stage behind a wall.
Hi! James started the show as a basic grey kitty. He then changed into Bustopher Jones, then back to the basic grey look. At intermission he changed into Old Gus/Growltiger, and then for end of show, back to the basic grey kitty. Whew! I'll be posting a vid for the Old Gus change in the near future :)
I love you can hear Rum Tum Tugger and the fangirling cats in the background and then the audience laughing! LOL!
@Kayci Fischer
Listen closely to the background in 1:44 and throughout. Bustopher Jones is even lipsyncing along to it.
Yeah me too
This is awesome, the production of CATS I was just in used these costumes, hope you all enjoyed them as much as we did!
When I heard the screaming it sounded like rum tum Tuger XDDDD
Ilvmakeup it was indeed!
0:15 Oh, look! Tuggy and his family!
I love how the jazz music in the background fits this video. Like the tempo of Bustopher’s song
I know this is kinda sped up a little, what was the time elapsed in real time?
Sort of looks like the one from the original film in 1998

Is this an official production because it looks pretty proffesional.
This was a semi professional production. But that said, even the community theater shows are produced to professional standards at this venue.
Which other cat is he?

Do you have maybe some videos of female cats changes too?
+laon84 No, there were no major female quick changes in our production.
Ok, thanks for answer anyway, appreciate it!
