Thanks for sharing lots of good information about this visa process. I believe most lawyers don't tell the applicants the exact processing time and this ambiguous fact confuses applicants. For those who want to apply for this immigrant visa I should say that if you want to move to U.S you have to be super patient! I started my EB3 journey on Nov 2021 and in less than 1 month I provided all the documents my lawyer mentioned in the contract. It took about 21 months to get approved in I-140 stage and with premium processing fee I passed DS-260 stage & I got DQed on Aug 2023. Now it's June 2024 and I'm passing month 30 of this long journey and I'm still waiting for my interview time to be scheduled while my lawyer at the beginning of the process told me it'd take 18 months until you move to U.S. Unfortunately, the Visa bulletin shows no sign of progress in EB3 - other workers category for more than 6 months and the process is getting more exhausting each month passes.
Hello. What should we do after ds260 form has been sent, i mean how did you upload your civil documents? Did you get some email from NVC or uploaded into ceac?
Hello, thanks for your comment. You do not pay for a job role, but for a Green Card. You can leave the job if it is not something that you want to do permanently.
