The only problem I have with Phantom is sometimes he talks so fast or smooth however ya wanna say it’s hard to understand. I think we need captions kinda like on swamp people. Lol

I have speed engineering long tubes on my LS swapped 3rd gen camaro and they fit great. And for the price you can't beat them

Welcome to the Australian line lock life. Just put a small LED on the dash to show “active”
lol i remember going to skid comps here in Aus and we would disconnect the back brakes at the master cylinder and thread a bolt in the hole instead.
Remember driving around the streets for a few days with still no back brakes too.
In my younger days we used to clamp off the center rubber brake line on the rear end a small pair of vice grips and two pennies one on each side of the rubber line so you don't damage it and I worked at a tire shop witha cool boss so I was swapping used tires on my truck at least once a week and my buddies to
same or disconnect the rear brake line at master cylinder then thread a bolt in it's place, i used to grab the old tyres left at rear of tyre shops and put on and hit the industrial parks.
Bet they won't work out the right type of tyres we use for comps either.
Have to make sure no beer tabs end up in there…MR. Flip

Line lock plumbed in reverse on the rear brake lines is pretty common here in australia, have done it on my car, saves the rear brakes in burnouts and helps with longer powerskids.
There is a company now that makes it specifically for this purpose.
Word of warning, you can cook the solenoid if you leave it on too long so just keep that in mind.
Also, RIP those rear fenders and steps on the first tyre pop.
I hope they know to plumb it in reverse. line locks are essentially a one way valve when activated.

I am getting ready to start building my 79 fleet side short bed it's been on the back burner but since watching y'all start on the burnout truck got me motivated
I was told many years ago by a renowned mechanical engineering Professor, The difference between a engine and a motor is you have to start an engine .

Wire the line lock to turn on the park brake light when it’s activated. If the dash going in has a park brake indicator on it

Lol in Australia 20 years ago in burnout comps we used to either disconnect back brakes all together and put a bolt in the master cyliner where line went and sometimes just put vice grips on back lines and clamp the line closed.
Then we went professional and placed line locker kits on our cars,,
Bet you put wrong tires on the back also.. is a secret pro burnout guys do for a ceertain tire that gives off more smoke for comps

I did put a linelock on my 84 camaro and it works great. Full control of the front brakes and zero brakes at the rear. On my i had to mount the linelock solanoid backwards cos it lets pressure in one way and not the other. Just a tip if it dont work as planned😊
