@@BoardgameNinjas I don't think so - I think what you mentioned about Deep Sea Adventure having more of an edge and being focussed on push your luck is the heart of why I like it so much. This game looks interesting in its own right, but there are a lot of games that feel like they fit in the same slot as Moon Adventure. Looks gorgeous though!
Congrats on still being basically the only English language video talking about this game seven months on. I guess Oink Games didn't send out review copies or something, as none of the other review channels have covered it.
No me neither. I just backed the KS. I find it strange myself, especially since it is quite a good game. They changed the packaging to an un-Oink broader box. But more important is: did the video helped you understand the game, made you buy the game or was comprehensible at all? ;-)
@@BoardgameNinjas I had misunderstood the OGS and thought you could only get one per turn. That made the game seem impossible so it makes more sense now and also makes the rover make sense.
@@BoardgameNinjas I was wondering if people were actually managing to always end on an OGS so I went to find a game play video to see how it could be done. I will have to try it again properly this time.
the special edition was a collaberation between Oink Games and the Manga/Anime "Space Brothers/ Uchuu Kyoudai", so the extra roles are based on the characters of the series
Great review. I love Deep Sea Adventure and was excited when I heard about this one. This review helped me figure out whether this was for me
And was it for you? I both like them. I like the straightforwardness push-your-luck of the Deep Sea and the tactical component of the Moon.

@@lsorense Wow that is really hardcore level. I still think the rover is a stretch to get to, but if you plan carefully...

How nice to know. Thanks!
