Hello, how would you go about having a large male donkey put its front hoofs on a stand tall enough for ,let’s say, a medium sized woman to fit under. I run a small tent show in Mexico and cannot get my donkey to stay put.. any help would be very appreciated!

You might try breaking the behavior down into smaller sections. First have him step onto a1 wooden pallet. Once he's ok with that, add another pallet onto the 1st one, so he has to step higher. Every time he is comfortable with a level, add another pallet, until you are at the desired height.

Great! If you need more help, contact me on www.equineconfidenceplus.com and send me a video on what you are trying to teach him. I can guide you better that way.
