Diep.io Sandbox - New Unnamed Circle Tank! (Sandbox Only)

A new secret class, the unnamed circle tank. It was added in on Friday the Thirteenth and is basically the old version of a smasher. It servers no real purpose as it cannot shoot, so only rammer builds will work with this tank. It's also in sandbox only, since nothing upgrades to it and it upgrades to nothing.
