this was the strongest possible defence at the time, but now with assembler(new tank) u could make even stronger bases.
But using purely 2 or 4 sidewinders in ffa maze or squads or duos is not the strongest or fun option. Combinations like sidewinder + annihilator in maze duos means u need to be constantly active with the annihilator but its stronger than just 2 sidewinders. Using sidewinder + overgunner instead would be slightly weaker but means u can gain lots of score with the overgunner and its fun. Similar theory with maze squads, just more combination possibilities
do note these are NEAR impenetrable, not 100% impenetrable.
2 squads of 4 factories (8x6=48 drones) attacking well would take any maze base squad down

There is only 1 way to destroy this defense: THE ARCHITECT
The architect is probably the trap-type with the most bullet penetration in the game, i used it versus a sidewinder base and it was kinda hard to penetrate their defenses but eventually i almost did it, but an annihilator killed me before i did it lol

with switching tabs you can use ctrl+2 (if your tab is on the 2nd row) so basically what row is the tab you wanna to be in examples: ctrl+2, 3 ,4 ,5 and so on.

Well the only thing that could break this is probably a high health tank build alongside several rammers plus streamliners and nail guns plus drones and a factory otherwise if you see this in a lobby, just leave

You can actually get technically infinite alts, and you need to do this by using different browsers, with up to two tabs per browser. However, this will sometimes cause a 'socket error', limiting you to just the two tabs. By different browsers, i mean like chrome and opera, not just a seperate window or inprivate.

Haven't played in a hot min so not sure why this vid popped up in my feed lol but this makes me wonder if my octo boss build still holds up. When I played regularly I'd always play teams and wait for the enemy to start dominate so I could practice fending off as many people as possible, I think my best was 7. Just fyi I try stay out in the open as long as humanly possible. The octo boss build is basicly max bullet dmg and penetration no bullet speed no movement speed max fire rate max defense and hp. After maxing hp/defense and bullet dmg, rpm and penetration slap any remaining points into regeneration. You move around by using the bullets like a rammer and the idea is to lock an area down for your team. It better imo then trapper cuz you can be really aggressive if needed and you can tank alot. You can survive one shot tanks and sometimes direct rams from spike tanks. But rammer and drones are this builds specialty. This build requires you to have a great game sense and be able to predict enemy movements and intentions. You might be able to use it still but it really shines when you know what's going to happen before it happens. I might hop on again just for the nostalgia but we'll see I guess. There's no middle ground for me it's either Gandalf you shall not pass mode or just a decoy to split enemy forces so they aren't concentrated in one spot.

@@Riciliz I like making a wall out of my bullets and with how I have things set up it allows me to you myself as bait when enemies try to get around me to ram from behind. I let them get close then push them away and I can do that most of the time because thanks to my slow moving bullet wall I have a split second to do what's needed. The problem with this is getting to max lvl fml. Getting kills is a bonus, it's not the goal here. It's keeping the enemy at bay so ur team mates can go lvl up cuz nobody cares if your max lvl or lvl 1, they see you they'll attack like animals

probably but in maze the swarm drones wouldnt be as effective

you can try using the penta shot or streamliner for the trap, since the streamliner has faster reload and the penta shot has a wide range of aim, those can be used other than sidewinder
and to make your alt and friend safe, team with them maybe, possible in sandbox

i did this, it taked a bit of time and some deaths, but then when it worked it was impossible to pass trough lmao
not imposible you use destroyer with same build as the sidewinders then you can get through

Once i destroyed that base with 3 sidewinders. My secret veapon is ranger. I shoot throught corners to kill one of afk sidewinders. Two sidewinders was too hard to kill with maxed ranger. I back later with factory and taken this place for me. I died and back with engineer. I survived 30 minutes and 1000000 points. I also killed many strong tank like overlords factories and annhillators. This story is in my 2nd comment.

and even as a sidewinder be aware of a cyclone if you are lazy to do the trap, cyclones can kill a sidewinder easily, to avoid that while lazy, bring an alt and the alt must be a penta shot, since cyclones can kill a sidewinder easy, a penta shot kills rammers, snipers, and hexa tanks or cyclones

4 bigger cheeses can defeat a sidewinder base so be careful
The Best tank for bases is engineer. I killed many boosters, smashers and at least 3 overlords. And tanks like rangers penta shots annhilators and more I have my base alone and I am Defended myself From 3 boosters attacking me at once! I got in total 1100000 points in maze. That was my record.
