I actually purchased this Anran Security Camera. It's not bad for the price & affordable for me.
I played around with the functionality. So far, I really like the quality of this security camera. The fact that it comes with a Built-in Solar Panel is a plus for me. The image quality & video recording for both color & night vision is magnificent👌 The light camera is really bright which is impressive.
I would recommend to use a Micro-SD card in order to store the History recording.
My only wonder & curiosity is, how effective is this security camera during winter time??? I live in Chicago.
What can I use to protect and longer lasting for Built-In Solar Panel for this Security Camera? I've read on other RUclips that someone commented to add a layer of UV resistant clear coat to the solar panel before installing it. These solar panel cameras are flawed because the panels start flaking after 6 months or so and can affect
the battery charging.
Please advise.
Overall, I'm satisfied with this product. I would buy another one again.

So, I bought another camera and had difficulty remembering the procedure for setting up the Alert days and time. You should do a video specifically on just Alarm time and day selection. Thanks

Is there a setting that gives you the ability to turn off at certain times of the day, or off on weekends?
@@shaffercabinets I believe if you go to schedule settings, you may be able to activate this feature.
@GrumpyMansREVIEWS I went to the Alarm Setting, then Alert Settings which was easy to set up after I found it. Having options like these is very convenient, and makes life easier. Hate having notifications driving me crazy on weekends.. Thanks.

Do I need to buy an SD card? Do I even need to install one? What is it for?

How do you get this thing to record events on the SD card? I can’t seem to figure it out 😢
Is motion activated in the app? I should it in the video, if so it should start recording every time it senses motion.
@@GrumpyMansREVIEWS it looks like there is an option under Cloud in the app, you scroll down to the bottom and and opt for a 6sec cloud recording, but it doesn’t store it on the SD card.
@@jdavideast Go into settings and cancel cloud storage it’s free for 30 days and then you’ll need to pay.
Once you cancel it will start recording onto the SD card.

Installate due Anran C3 durata batteria penosa, pannello solare ancora più penoso in 2 giorni e' passata dal 50% di carica al 8% di carica installata a pieno sole praticamente. Prodotto praticamente inutile.
They are a terrible company. I bought two of their cameras and they don’t work. Customer service is useless. They do not get back to you.
