I've been looking for this song for so long because it got stuck in my head back when I was in the 6th grade!!! (I used to wake up extra early to watch the old Transformers on The Hub. It's since been changed to Discovery Kids or something.)
I've not listened to the L.P. version but am aware names of tracks are going to be very much different as what these tracks have been cleaned & audio enhancements for the TV show near a decade ago & the name were miss matched
I've listened to the LP, and I can tell you this - the odd thing about PREPARE on the LP is that it seems incomplete. Basically imagine the song stops/ends(abruptly) at around the 0:54 mark. No fade out; just ends.

And it's no surprise that the one time this piece of music was used (in the episode "Operation Mind Menace"), almost the entire time, the voice actors for Megatron, Optimus Prime, and Starscream were involved in the dialogue. Just started watching season 1. Love it. Close to season 2. Its a simple yet fun show with surprising and interesting plots. And all the characters have their own unique character, specially the big famous ones. Love it when Starscream and Megatron beef. And when Starscream betrays Megatron and then later comes crawling back into the fold. Prefer Megatron in this kids tv show over the Michael Bay Films. Don't get me wrong I love some of those films and like the ones after Revenge of the Fallen. But Megatron so far as I've seen, behaves like a more interesting villain. He acts like a coward when his life is threatened just to survive but really he isn't scared of anyone. Meaning he doesn't let his pride get in the way of anything, he just uses his pride as a front for his Deceptions. Its like he doesn't even care for them either as he's just using them. Now that's evil. And you cant get Optimus Prime wrong. If theirs anyone you should be inspired by it him. He's got to be the most ethical character in all of fiction. Wouldn't hurt a fly if he didn't have to. But when he has to, he can give the gladiator Megatron a run for his money.
