Many truths are spoken here, i always thought i had no talent until i discovered that i had too much tension in my body that was holding me back, fixing that made everything easier

The easiest one was build habbit bro. You can be guthrie govan if you want. Just sometimes his finger habbit was different with you. The. You can developed your style or follow him. The best example was paul gilber when he talk about how he do picking. So he developed habbit what he like. Sometimes we doesn't need to be the whole all around guitarist to made a good song. Aim jamming without tired and no missed not might the best thing to do. Listen many sing and forget guitar tab. But used the guitar tab to write your own. It tiredsome you concert and should remember 20 song and different lick. Why not just jamming. Hey you not death methat with ensemble 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I'm subscribing just because of seeing that Pinky finger in there. Well done. It's an underutilized piece.

Some good stuff here. But speed isn’t everything.
Many times, playing at my edge isn’t measured in BPM’s with metronomes……

@@gregjgman yes playing at your edge doesn’t just mean speed. It could also mean working on the intonation of your bends

the practice advice seems like solid advice, but is what you said really how you've practiced that solo that you play at the end? Or was playing along with Petrucci's Glasgow Kiss solo the way you've practiced it?

It's definitely how I practiced that same solo man. Exactly.

@ I don’t even know how to play that solo. But I love heard it a bunch. I don’t think it sounds that similar at all
