She wouldn’t tell me what was wrong when I asked and I couldn’t stop thinking about it. The though to hunt at my heart and snapped back with a feeling of agonizing helplessness. To see her like that and feeling like I could do nothing. I just wanted to fix it. I just wanted to make her happy. But all I could do is express this. Perhaps in a curious hope that one day the lethargic could turn cathartic. Maybe it would make her happy. Even if it might make her sad at first...
