    Incredibly helpful! So many great points but the one that stands out to me is so simple yet forgotten. The root of hospitality is providing that hospitable experience that caters directly to the needs of the customer whilst appearing at a great value! So important thank you

    how is possible it got so many few views, acertive comment, you can see by far that is very well supported, nad I work in a bar, and thats loads of answers !!!! Everything to say, "Do it because you mean it !!! Wish any of my employers would see that !!! keep it up boys (i would acecepted a ticket to tales of cocktail for a free month of doing all the cleaning services from any lover of the " make people drink better2, for free)

    The guy who is standing and talking about hospitality should have known that it is totally un polite keeping his hands in pockets while talking to someone, especially in this case where he interprets a public speech.
