i have a mxq pro 4k and recently my blue light changed to a red light and is stuck on constantly. my boxs boots up normal but wifi doesnt work and nothing works as well. ive tried flashing it with usb but when i go to use the usb burning tool my box disconnects itself from my pc so the flash cant be completed. ive been trying to flash it with a sd card and no luck with that. any idea on how i can get my box working again?

is there any method that works for my mx10 pro 6k? it's stuck at red light and wont come up
searching on a solution - my box loads the AMD logo then the MBOX splash screen is where is stays, not frozen but cycling over & over. I tried the reset & delete to factory setting trick, but no go. The led on the front of box is blue & when in the debug screen the IR remote works normally. does any of this indicate I need to reload firmware or is it a different problem?
