Helpful; thank you. I liked the comparison at the end, which was unnecessary but interesting. Now I'm concerned that my LED low beams are going to blind other drivers, but I'm looking forward to driving with them.
Thanks for the tip about the tab securing the headlight bulb to the socket. I used a flathead screwdriver to lift it just like you suggested and it came out easy as pie.
Yes I think every vehicle has adjustment bolts. This video was recorded awhile ago but I’m pretty sure I pointed the new lights at the back of the garage and then adjusted them manually so they were level and pointed down a little to try and not blind anyone.
I have a highlander 2012 base, the lights that i have now are way too dim when used in low beams. Can you tell me which model of the bulb should i buy ? Which model for low beam? And which model for high beam?
I appreciate how informative your video was. Now can you please tell me about your suggestions (for a brighter) replacement brand for the main headlights on a 2012 Toyota Highlander base model? Mine only has one bulb and would appreciate your input.
The Highlander in the video is a base model as well, I personally have only tested the Boslla LED shown in the video for this model. In that sense, I would recommend these bulbs for your main low beams!
2008 - 2010 Highlander headlights are different. They only have one headlight bulb per side (which burns out unnecessarily frequently in my experience), that incorporates high and low beam in the same bulb, and has a different wiring connector and mounting configuration.
Hi there kindly advise me. I'm trying to decide which car I should buy that will be good for long distance travel, has enough leg room and boot space and is fuel efficient kindly help me. Which car between a Nissan Note, Toyota vitz, Suzuki swift and Mazda demio should I buy?
I would love to help you but none of those vehicles are sold in the United States, where I am based. Therefore I couldn’t in good faith give an answer!

They are, lol

Agreed about the concern of too bright to oncoming traffic. Is there a way to tip the lights a little more downward?

And which model for high beam?
Thank you. Excellent instructions!
Thanks for the show!

Yes, I found the same situation. 2012 Toyota Highlander base model.
Wow we have the same color Highlander 🤣. God bless you.

Will the DRLs work with these?
I don’t see why they wouldn’t!
@@AllBenNoBrakes I researched and with most LED upgrades, if the DRL is part of the same light, you won't be able to use DRL as flickering will occur.
Ready chang but is no bright with led bulb over the reflector side
Nice 👍 looking good
What was the bulb size? I have a 2011 Highlander and want to change to led.
H11 for the low beams
un-open it??? 1:14 I probably laughed more than I should've at that.
Never even noticed I said that 😂
Odd - my '09 Highlander Sport uses H4 (9003) bulbs - one bulb - 2 elements for high/low.
How is that weird…? It’s a different generation highlander lmao
@@arfetherussian - Read the title of the video.
Please compare Chevrolet Spark vs Chevrolet beat 2016.
Just buy them brokie
2008 highlander *does not* have a separate high and low beam bulb. Also the install is completely different.
Oops, it should be 2011-2013 then I reckon. I’ll change the title
Thanks I was stuck ☕
LED lights are horrible..fir oncoming traffic😢
