This week I was thinking alot on my life before and the many dreams Ive had for myself, especially when I was alot younger, many of them quite interesting and funny ones! It made me reflect on how eventhough some of these dreams never turned out how I imagined, I can still incorporate them into my life in smaller ways that help me live better, more peacefully and with alot more purpose. I wanted to share these thoughts as I think we can all find alot of peace and happiness in persuing the things we love, even if only on a small scale, but they can make life so beautiful! I hope you enjoy the video. Much love, Lika xx
Last year I made a decision to be a stay at home mom to our two beautiful babies, and I haven’t looked back since! At the time it was a very hard decision for me to leave my high-paying sales job, but now I see that the kind of job I have now is not one that you can put a price tag on. Staying home with our kids is priceless to me and worth it all!
Dear Lika, this caused me to stop and think about the dreams I've had throughout my life and while they didn't work out for me, I've incorporated bits of those things into my current life. I wanted to be a veterinarian or a nurse and while that never happened I still have been able to come close. I've done home health care and I'm fortunate to be able to care for quite a few different animals now as a petsitter ! Our dreams often change as life progresses but we don't have to give them up but rather tweak them a bit .I feel it's critical to enjoy what we do and once again I send gratitude and love for the reminder.💜
Hi Lika, thank you for sharing with us your little dreams🌸 One of my little dreams was to become an illustration artist, which I finally pursuit a year ago. And this year I finally decided to also do my yoga teacher training, which has led me on such a beautiful path too. Both careers lighten up different parts of my soul🌸🌷
Such an interesting video! Last year I started a new career as an online teacher. Initially it felt like a big step after having worked for 10 years at a historic property, which used to be my dream job but sadly there were a lot of negative changes following Covid and I came to realise I needed to find a new path in life. Teaching English and History is so rewarding as I get to see my students coming on and encourage them to follow their dreams too. It is nice to rediscover some of the texts and historical stories I enjoyed as a child and share them with others.
Great video, just before my 30th birthday I decided to take a leap and move to Australia for a year. It hasn't always been smooth sailing and it's very expensive but I did meet my partner here and we have been together for 5 years..building a life again is hard but it is worth it
@DWN590 hi there 🤗 so I do normally put the details in the description, but generally alot of my dresses are 2nd hand, but also I like the brands "Son de Flor" and also "Opia, Byron Bay" xx
