I’m working on a g20, replace engine, but is lever and throw out bearing not engaged? Slave cylinder sticks out but no pressure on the lever or clutch and it goes to the floor does not come back. Lever moved very easily.
So just recently I got this issue Check Charging Systems and a complete dead battery than I took it to the mechanic they said it was the alternator that's bad they replaced it and the battery come home in two days boom same light comes on 😮 what can be the issue now
Any update?...I went over railroad tracks and got that 'check charging system', and now the battery drains pretty fast, but the alternator brings it back up to 12 ish volts when not running(again I can't run it by itself for more than a few minutes before it shuts off or I shut it off from drainage of VOLTS in the battery while running)....I've seen some videos on possible GROUND issue being broken or something, that would be the problem, and like yours, I've seen plenty of guys say they replaced BOTH the alternator and the battery and are still having issues....So IMO, sounds like yours is a GROUNDING issue, possibly like mine....Again, ANY updates is appreciated......You also need to find that ONE guy, who knows how to find ground issues that won't charge you an arm and a leg to do it.....
@@NashonHanselman so I ended up taking it back to the mechanic they told me that usually insurance uses OEM parts and those can be detected so they replaced it with a whole new part a new alternator and not an OEM im assuming and it works now like no light or nothing so far 🤞 but check the ELD as well that's under the fuse box under the hood check the fuses too there's RUclips videos on that

More than likely your clutch “master cylinder” leaking internally….that’s the one above the pedal.

This is why you never use the "auto" headlight setting. Also disable the daytime running lights.

How much would be the cost of new Honda alternator spare parts and labor?
Alternator only autozone 400$ amazon 120$ labor maybe 100$ and you can do it your self
POS at Sarasota Honda wants over 800 for alternator. Towed my car away. 1800 total plas tax.
