Thank you Mason i know its not easy with what’s happening in the world now . I enjoy all videos and everyone you have on it . Adventure riding has never been same since your channel , keep creating content and I will always keep watching. Be safe take care ill see you next Sunday morning !
That gear is incredible. I'm definitely getting an R80 set in the future. Thank you for doing such a great review and giving some great tips on using it.
Great review. I bought a Reckless 80 a couple of years ago after seeing one of your early reviews, and love it. Excellent system, and a good company to buy from.
Yeah, it's not just their gear. Mosko Moto's customer service is second to none. Which, for me, is just as important. They are super helpful and really stand behind d their gear. I started with the Fatty, added the R80 3.0, and the Nomad (now the Nomax, I guess) will be next.
Great video. I am huge Mosko fan. Currently running their Back Country setup on my GSA but contemplating the switch to the R80 so I can remove my racks. Just ordered a Nomax. Thanks for the review!
Great review! i took the plunge and bought the Nomax tank bag, @ $400 CDN not cheap but as you said worth it, so looking forward to that. Been pondering the Reckless 80, but the $1000 + has me hiccupping a bit.
I have just about the same set up and its the best money Ive spent on motorcycle gear. I wouldnt hesitate to buy it again. Now I just need time to use it all.
Great review, about to order the new reckless 80L V3 for my KTM 1290 SAR. Like you I don't like racks! And yes very $$$$ but you get what you pay for sometimes :)
I got the Reckless 40L towards the end of last season. I didn't get a chance to truly test it out but from the use I did get out of it I can easily say it's a 10/10 product. It doesn't fit my bike perfectly because of the wide pillion plastics but that doesn't really hinder its functionality too much so I give it a pass.
Great review! I've been using some Rigg Gear, good quality stuff, but the Mosko would be a sweet upgrade (and pricey one). Great camera work, the drone footage is awesome!
Hi there. Got an nice channel running :-) Watched some videos and found this little micro sd card holder you have in the tank bag. Do you remember where you got it ? Brand ? Thx for the info
Another great vid full of very useful information, thx Mason ps I did buy the WD40 dry lube and it works a treat. I like the idea of soft luggage vs the hard panniers...all the stock KLR gear has finally given up on me and I was wondering what to upgrade to. Now seriously considering this stuff, does the link above give you a commission to the luggage Mason? I wouldn't have seen this aside from you showing it on your vid here so be good to make sure you get a bit of the action if I buy it. Cheers.
Hi Mason, I have yet to pull the trigger on any luggage setup. I did buy a cheap topbox from Amazon for lunch bag going back and fourth to work. Have you any experience with the loop luggage in your crew. I am looking at the Mosko and giant loop stuff because I to don't like the rack systems for other luggage?
Hi Shawn, no, I don't but I have seen some reviews and it certainly appears to be a good company too. I was after the abrasion resistance that the outer holsters give to the dry bags on the MM stuff. I don't think an exposed dry bag would last long on my KLR ;)
I have the full Giant Loop set up and after watching your set up and Steve at Big Bike Adventures down in Australia, I gotta say the Mosko Moto gear is far more robust. The GL gear is really set up for going very lightly... I dunno if I'd haul firewood with it. Maybe a branch or two. lol
I have the Reckless 80 and the Nomad as well for my KTM 1090. Have you weighed your gear? I’m trying to get a gage on do I have too much stuff on my multi-day camping ventures.
Rarely have I seen as thorough review as this. Thank you!
I want to send out a huge thank you to everyone that participated in this Premier! What a blast and something we will have to do again! Cheers all 🙂👍
great review on the Mosko Moto equipment. Thanks. Our Canadian exchange rate sucks at this time making these pricey. As you say, buy it and forget it.
Your videos on the mosko stuff pushed me over the edge and turned me into a buyer. Way detailed and super helpful. Thanks!

Thank you so much for this review has to be the best one I've sat and watched in years and was total hooked
Top video well done keep them coming

You will like it for sure.
Great review. I bought a Reckless 80 a couple of years ago after seeing one of your early reviews, and love it. Excellent system, and a good company to buy from.
Good to hear, Andrew! Great to deal with 👍

By far the best yet up I've seen so far for soft luggage, well done!! Thank you for the review too, I'm convinced too!! 👍👍
Glad it was helpful! Cheers :)

P.S., what USB hub is that? I think that is a great idea.
Great video, I have all of the Mosko Reckless bags, the 10, 40 and 80 and have only had to do a couple of minor repairs after some very hard use.
Totally missed the premier, but great video! I’ll have to look at the new R80 for my next set up.
Just an excellent review Mason ! Great intro. Drone work was neat. Thorough walk-thru and explanation of each piece of kit. Thanks for sharing.
Much appreciated! Cheers Coach :)

Awesome video work and a great review! I've been hoping for an honest review on their system and you delivered!
Glad it was helpful!
Great video on gear load out. Just booked the ferry ride over to Manitoulin Island for an end of the month motocamp and ride.
Awesome Matt! We didn't get over this year :( Have a great ride!
Awesome review! Especially from someone who uses it! I’ve never seen anyone bad mouth it. Awesome drone work, by the way!
Thanks Ron :) I actually meant to do this a year ago but it slipped my mind. Great gear!
THERE YOU ARE! Thought you'd "snuck off" this weekend. Great review on some quality motorcycle luggage.
Haha, no, just some technical issues ;) Cheers Patrick!
What a beautiful area!!
It really is! We are fortunate :) Cheers!
Excellent review, thanks.

Ah yes. Now time is another issue altogether!! 😄
Great gear, great company... got the R80 & nomad as well as a few aux bags & bits. Next on the list is give some of the apparel a go..
Nice! Looks like great gear 👍
Great review, about to order the new reckless 80L V3 for my KTM 1290 SAR. Like you I don't like racks! And yes very $$$$ but you get what you pay for sometimes :)
Right on, yes you do and the cost is forgotten years down the road! It is also switchable between machines :) Nice benefit.
Very nice video. Thank you. Would have liked to see you unclip the tank bag for a gas refuel and see how that works.
Thanks! I just unclip top and bottom of one side and let it hang over to the opposite side. simple and fast!
@@masonsadv Thanks again, much appreciated! No surprise!

Nice! Great piece of gear. Mine has been through hell and back but it took it all in stride ;)
Yeah bought the nomad tank bag. Best tank bag I,ve seen by far but as you commented its expensive if you buy from Canada. Don't regret it though.
Good to hear Dave. The price is soon forgotten as time ticks on and the gear remains :)
Love me some Mosko Moto. Good vid Mason.
Cheers Sean!
I know what I need now 👍
Great review! I've been using some Rigg Gear, good quality stuff, but the Mosko would be a sweet upgrade (and pricey one). Great camera work, the drone footage is awesome!
Yeah the Riggs Gear is good stuff too and I have used it before aswell. Always nice to upgrade eventually though 👍 Cheers and Thanks!
thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!

Thank you very much :) Greatings back from Canada!
Oddly, I'm super interested in your water bladder? which one are you using? and where did you the insulation for the straw?

Thank you! I'm glad to hear the WD worked well for you :) I don't receive any commission but mention me to them when you order ;) Cheers!

Hey Pinkie! Yes, that's the same impression I got and like I just said to shawn, I don't think an exposed dry bag would last long on my KLR ;)
Man. That is the nicest stuff.
It's tough and well designed. Hard to beat that!
One day I'll find a way to get them bags.
👍 keep an eye out for used, they do come up occasionally.
Thanks for sharing.
Cheers Dusty. That was fun!
I have the Reckless 80 and the Nomad as well for my KTM 1090. Have you weighed your gear? I’m trying to get a gage on do I have too much stuff on my multi-day camping ventures.
Hey Carl, yes I have. My R80 loaded, all camping gear, clothes, food and including 2 ltrs of water and stove fuel for the week is 65 lbs.
I have always been concerned leaving batteries charging overnight. You charge way more batteries than me!! Any concerns?
Hey Mason, off topic but I just noticed your clutch lever, what are you running? Nice editing by the way.
Hi Ian, that's the Warp9 levers. I've had them on for several years and really like the feel. Cheers!
@@masonsadv thanks Mason I don't know why I missed them, always watch your videos.
Well they are kinda hidden behind the brush guards and out of sight ;)
What size SW Motech rear bag are you using?
Thats the R80 V2 in that vid and i have a 40 ltr SW Motech bag under the beaver tail. I'm running the R80 revolver now but same dry bag setup. Cheers!
Thumbs up but that music for the first 2 min tho... oy
I agree Alex. Just plain ran out of time ;) Cheers.
👍😀🇵🇪 Saludos buen tips
Husky lawnmower...KLR bike....Really?
Really, BUT, my Husky mower has the Kawasaki motor upgrade ;) No joke.
Superb review many thanks
