3) Send your redesigns to the e-mail address mentioned in the video and present at the top of this description;
4) I will pre-select entries and provide viewers with a link where they can vote on their prefered entries.
5) The top 5 most voted entires will then be contacted in order to provide a shipping address to receive a merchandise mug prize. If there is no response to said contact after one (1) week, or if the winners do not wish to receive their prize/fail to provide a shipping address, a new entry will be selected as one of the winners;

Italian regions have some awful and wonderful flags
Ancient turkic states had nice flags too -->Great Hun empire(include dragon),European Hun empire,Avar empire,Gokturk empire these are my favourite.lastly ghasnavids had an interesting flag

4:27 Saudi Arabia (sword), Kenya (spears), Oman (two swords and a dagger), Sri Lanka (sword) and Angola (machete) also have a weapon in its flag. If you consider a trident a weapon, Barbados' flag also is part of the club (^_^')

Lesotho and Ecuador also have spears on their flags. Belize has a bunch of tools on its flag including an axe, a hammer, and a saw and you can kind of consider them as weapons
Many people don’t know these islands/overseas territories, so it’s very hard to point out or include in such a short video like this.

Lol, I watched a lot of road races videos in "the Isle Of Man", also I knew how their flag looks like. I have read a book about one of those racers(in English and it was really hard for me as to non-native eng speaker). Right now I'm holding this book in my hands and it's called "Guy Martin - My Autobiography". I've even read about their flag and have a T-Shirt with the Isle Of Man flag😂.
Man, but only now I know your flag and know where all of that came from. Sounds like some long story of how I get it ;)

Interesting facts:
Dnipro is also name of the largest river in Ukraine, which split the country in two parts. And my city was founded on this river.
My city have the longest coastline in Europe.
Dnipro was one of the largest industrial centers in USSR.
Now, the second tour of local elections is going in Dnipro.
Dnipropetrovsk oblast is the territory, where Zaporizhian Cossacks were living from 15 to 18 century. (This is the reason why a Cossack is represented on the flag)

I wasn't exactly thinking of Americans calling themselves "Slavs" online for the memes (Do they know what a "Slav" is?), but at that quote, I was still thinking of Russia's image in American culture! More specifically, the bears on Russian local and republican flags seem to be one small part of the whole "Russian Bear" thing, all of which combines to make the American tourist coming back from the Russian Federation claiming "There were bears on the streets!".

russians are not Slav - they are big medley of Tatars and Finno-Ugric (non European!), which use Slavic language...
The Isle of Mann isn't part of the UK, its a crown dependency.

So you are aware the Isle of Man is not part of the United Kingdom, it like Guernsey and Jersey is a Crown dependency. This is a unique status but creates a constitutional position somewhat akin to that of an associated state.

Mozambique’s old flag actually looks even cooler
My personal favorite flags are the ones of the Qing Dynasty, the Japanese prefectures, Bhutan, the one with the bear splitting the atom, South Africa, Seychelles, Oman, and possibly my favorite flag of all time is the Libyan flag. I absolutely love the color scheme and how simple it is. I'm glad most of them were covered in this video. Great job, as always.

In 1917-1918 here in Ukraine we had a contest for the coat of arms. And one of the contestants was the coat arms of Grand Duchy of Lithuania and Ruthenia: Pagonia. So imagine what happened if it won. In Europe there would be 3 nations wich have the same coat of arms

There should be a museum containing every single flag in history.
Here’s an idea for a flag contest: Design a new flag for any country you choose, but any symbolism (elements, colours etc.) used must be exclusively from things that have arisen during the last century. For instance, for my own country of Sweden one could design a flag around the IKEA assembly tool and/or something related to Minecraft.
Newly created Norwegian county of Viken was close to having a dragon on it's emblem too (dragon heads being an old symbol of the region), but unfortunatly went with some abstract boat shapes instead.
you mentioned Corsican flag and not Sardinian one which is much more known but still similar, with a white field with a red cross and four moors' heads. There is also the historical Sardinian flag (from the Giudicato of Arborea) which is a tricolor black, white and red with an uprooted tree on the center of it. Just take a look at them, I think they're very interesting
nepal is one of my favorite flags, it was designed such that you only need a rope and a stick so they could make em while underway , which is cool, its also very mathmatical which i like

Good job on pronuncing Dnipropetrovsk, as someone born there that lives in Italy I must say you are the first non-ukranian I heard pronuncing it right, and also now it's outdated because they changed the name of the city as part of the de-russofication program.
The flag of Wales in the UK uses a dragon as well. Also, the flags of Saudi Arabia and Oman depict weapons, not just the four countries you mentioned.
Black triangle isnt just a symbol of mountain, on maps black triangle indicate iron ore deposits, so its minimalistic symbol saying "there is many iron ore here"
The Sakhalin flag also depicts the oblast on its flag

Flags with a map (aweful) are usually transitional flags imposed by the UN. Cambodia also had one after the Khmers Rouges

In our free world we all have a right to have an opinion and my opinion is that he looks just like the pictures on the flag. With opinions, you can always disagree and walk away. What something or someone looks like is a personal view (literally this time) and you can't really argue with what someone else sees. Do you go to museums telling people what they should see and think as well?

A lot of this flags go against the flag rules, yet they are still beautifull and usable flags

The five Principles are:
Keep It Simple. The flag should be so simple that a child can draw it from memory.
Use Meaningful Symbolism. The flag’s images, colors, or patterns should relate to what it symbolizes.
Use 2 or 3 Basic Colors. Limit the number of colors on the flag to three which contrast well and come from the standard color set.
No Lettering or Seals. Never use writing of any kind or an organization’s seal.
Be Distinctive or Be Related. Avoid duplicating other flags, but use similarities to show connections.
