My goodness Richard, you really excelled this week giving us lots of chat, yummy biscuits plus a trip to West Wycombe. Thank you so much! Be assured, that all of us who watch your weekly report do appreciate all the hard work involved. One further point, I agree about the fireworks especially the ones that are so loud that it sounds like bombs going off. I too am torn between the sight of beauty and enjoyment they give to people watching, and the pollution that follows. Ho hum, guess I’m waffling, so bye for now.
Cream cheese sounds good with your biscuits. The time and work you put into your vlogs are greatly appreciated. Same for Paul's vlogs and of course the SunDAY CHATS! You looked very handsome in the kitchen and your short curly hair suits you perfectly. Thanks for taking us on your walk. So interesting, beautiful and peaceful. And fireworks! 🎆
My mouth is watering at the sight and thought of those biscuits! All the time and effort you put into the recipe section was well worth it, I feel ❤ It looks seamless so I had no idea how involved and fiddly the process is! 🎥
Oops that’s me forgetting to set timer.. enjoying this long vlog with morning coffee.. ohh loving the hike and wonderful view atop hill .. sitting here in heart of Texas .. traveling English countryside thru you it’s beautiful 💕
I'm so pleased you enjoyed it. This area is very pretty and I guess a really good example of what most people expect the English countryside to look like.
I love the excursions out in the videos, they're a little treat. The biscuits look good - I tried to make doughnuts in my air fryer last March when I first got it. They were like bullets. You could break windows with them
Thanks Richard, good vlog. Lovely to see west Wycombe my old stomping ground many years ago. You made a good job of those biscuits. Look forward to Sunday chat, and week at the plot....makes my weekend xxx
Hiya Richard, do appreciate all that you do in order to bring us a peek into your lives. Ohh the Dashwood Estate was interesting and creepy at the same time. I do google several things that you and Paul share. Biscuits turned out well agree a bit of cheese perhaps a pickled something and a cuppa yum! Take care Luv a chilly night southern Ontario Canada 🐝🇨🇦
Thank you, I really enjoyed your vlogs. I am homebound due to illness and I love seeing a bit of the world outside my four walls through your vlogs. From here on the couch in the Netherlands, thank you for providing a little distraction every week. I'm happy with the way you make your films, without fuss. I'm your age (39 ;-) + ) and really a child of the 70s and 80s, oops. All those slick videos on RUclips are not for me, just everyday life with its ups and downs. I'll see if I can make the oat cookies tomorrow, they look very tasty.
I'm sorry to hear you're unwell. I'm pleased to hear my videos provide some entertainment for you. Let me know what you think of the biscuits if you're able to try them.
Thank you for taking us on your little ramble in the countryside. Just gorgeous. I assume with the reference to Wycombe and Dashwood, that the area was the inspiration for Jane Austins "Sense And Sensibility". I was thinking, with your heating issues. Have you thought of putting a TV in the bedroom and retiring to bed after dinner to watch TV there? Save you heating the house of an evening and you might be warmer in bed. You could snuggle up to Paul's hairy hobbit feet! lol
Thanks for the suggestion but I don't really like TV in the bedroom...besides, we have devices if we wanted to watch in bed. Additionally, I think turning off the heating in the evening would be a mistake and allow the house to get too cold especially now as the freezing temperatures are arriving. R.
Loving the look of those biscuits….caraway seed is a lovely flavour. Thanks for making the daily vlogs,i love hearing what your up to.

@RichardandPaul yeah. I agree. I don't like TV's in the bedroom either. Was just a thought.
After shift treat will save Sunday chat for tomorrow evening another late shift.❤
