Hmmm. I grew up Catholic. Had no problem w it. Loooved God. But God took me to Bible church to be healed and delivered from demonic torment. Learned, prayed, was prayed for and received deliverance specifically. No help was offered in Catholic church. I was a model child and what happened to me is not unusual w demonic affects happening due to generational issues. There are many biblical Christians who are not Catholic that are very gifted in the deliverance ministry. We have authority over demons and our Bible tells us we do. We must use our authority w faith and power to stand against the evil that comes our way. Exorcismcism is not for 'pastors only,' it is for the body of Christ. Elijah House Ministries. Restoring the Foundations Ministry. Bob Larson Ministries. NETS Ministries... I could go on and on with many more deliverance and inner healing ministries like these that have helped 1000s upon 1000s of people around the world be set free from demonic oppression through their biblical ministry in the name of Christ. I am not against any biblical truth in any way in the Catholic church. Was just there today. But in teaching and applying deliverance and inner healing the Catholic church is about a 0 on a scale of 1 to 10.
We need to remember that Christians are disciples of Christ and Jesus gave authority over evil to all his disciples not any organizational church be it catholic or protestant. Jesus uses individuals not organizations.
