    Say what you want about Conor, you can’t question his love for the game. Man has the next 3 generations of his family covered financially, yet he still makes the walk. He gets humbled, humiliated and still makes the walk. Dude is a legit killer.

    Idk if he’s a perfect human but I’ll never forgot the memories of his early fights and being a successful Irish sportsman. Was so motivating watching as an Irish teenager who was trying to become a footballer. I’m sure other lads can relate in someway

    Conor always rubs me off the wrong way, but I know it’s mostly a show, a character. But this sort of interview genuinely makes me appreciate him as a fighter and a human. The guy is super smart, super well-spoken, carries an amazing contagious attitude.

      He’s a complicated guy who paved a specific road that nobody walked before him and hasn’t yet since. His rise was meteoric and he was young when it happened, as ridiculous as it seems to feel sympathy for a person with a lamborghini yacht, I always felt for him when he fell off and was clearly being crushed by the weight of it all. I was never a giant fan of his but I always got the vibe that he’s got a big heart, and having a big heart isn’t always a blessing

    Big respect to Conor for backing Katie Taylor the way he is, she is the greatest Irish sportsperson of all time and deserves her big moment in Croke Park. Even McGregor himself definitely should’ve had that big moment in Croke Park by this stage. Conor isn’t a perfect person but his love for our country is something that makes us all happy

    Absolutely awesome interview and Connor is as sharp as and if we thought he was dangerous when he was younger i’ve got this gut feeling there are some people in trouble when they get in the octagon with him😉

    Love him or hate him, he's done more for MMA than all your goats, Jones, GSP, Silva etc.
    Not saying he's the same calibre of fighter as those mentioned, but he's brought the sport to a new level whether people like it or not

    It really is a special show/hour. An anniversary show with
    The Notorious. I have so much respect for Conor after these
    last 3-4 years. Which only ADDS-to my-Conor-respect for the previous
    ten. If truth be told these have been very trying/challenging years -
    but The Macster made them look easy. Like a walk in Santa Monica park.
