I was out there early this week, and the dealer earned nice tip for letting me know that while they don't allow dice setting in Wendover, if you ask nicely, the stickman will slide you a preferred number.

I went to Rainbow Casino yesterday right when the craps table was opening. Plexiglass between the stick man at stick r and stick l. Also glass between the dealer and end players. Only one side was open, probably because it was too slow. My first comeout roll I set all-seven and won the passline...took the winnings and placed it as a dealer bet. I want to go to AC which are the casino's I mostly play in and I only really play craps but I'm a little nervous about going because the players touch the chips and dice at a high volume. I did see dice sanitized but just wondering about the chips. Do u know???
I had my girlfriend, brand new shooter, just bet her pass line, gets 6 for point, continues to roll 18 times. She was just so happy to hit her point and make 10 dollars while the whole table walked away couple hundreds up. A dude and his wife stopped us and tipped her $50 chip.
@@StraightRazWhor it makes perfect sense to "pay it forward.". ESPECIALLY to the person that just helped you come up like that. If only the whole world acted this way...
@@Fydnow -I’m sure casinos are watching for it and have different statistics for those who set the dice. There are so few who have mastered it that they must not feel threatened by it........yet.
When I heard no dice setting I would have left immediately!! Tell them it’s for good luck, if they don’t respect your right to throw the dice how you see fit, then I would NEVER gamble there
It’s a small time casino, so they need as many rolls per hour as possible. Too many loser dice setters don’t know what they’re doing and take FOREVER setting the dice, thus lowering the rolls per hour for the casino. THAT is why they don’t allow it. It’s nothing to do with them believing in it or not.
@@InsidetheCasino I understand that point about throws per hour, but it should be enforced by the shooter. I can set the dice in less than three seconds. I have seen a guy rub the dice on the table for over 10 seconds before ripping them, each throw. Even other players were complaining about the delay, but the casino we were at did nothing.
It’s usually only the little casinos that depend on the most rolls per hour they can get. Poser dice setters that take more than 5 seconds to set the dice slow the game down and decrease the amount of money these small casinos make. It’s not an issue with larger casinos
Then don’t play at small town casinos. They rely on as many rolls per hour as possible, thanks to their business being mostly on the weekends. Too many losers trying to set the dice just slows the game down and the casino doesn’t make as much money. THAT is why they don’t allow dice setting.
What's with these low max bets? Im used to 4k and 100k a throw max bets by me? Do these casino set these maxes so low? I've heard some jurisdictions don't allow large max bets to protect people from gambling away super large amounts in one hand. If you can only bet 500 a hand you might decide to go home rather than keep playing and lose your 20k vs just having a compulsive gambling moment and betting the farm all on one roll or one multi roll bet
Inside the Casino thank goodness. Dice setting and throwing did improve my game from losing a lot to a little less than a lot lol. I can’t throw dice without setting them I’ve done it so long.
They don’t. Setting dice isn’t allowed in these small casinos in Wendover because they want as many rolls per hour. Poser dice setters who take more than 3-5 seconds setting the dice keep smaller casinos from making money. THAT is why they don’t allow it. It has nothing to do with whether they think it works or not.
My go to casino lol. Went this past Friday and couldnt get on anything. Too packed and too limited thanks to this dumb covid rules. Hopefully things can get back to normal soon so I can actually enjoy the casino again
No dice setting has been around in Wendover for around 20 years. It has to do with the fact that this is a small casino and they need as many rolls per hour as possible.
@@InsidetheCasino Add the Bonus bet and it might be more attractive for the player. Fast rolls, slow rolls, doesn't matter the casino always has the house edge.
Carson City Nevada (just outside reno, like 25 mins) only have crap tables open on the weekend and NO DICE SETTING allowed (before the pandemic). There is 1 small casino in Reno that I know of that does NOT allow dice setting. All the other casinos in Reno do. Best of all, in Reno the standard is that either the 2 or 12 is triple on the field.
If they don't allow dice setting then they obviously believe there is something to it. Most casinos don't believe that setting gives you an advantage. So this proves that some casinos know there is a slight edge to it.
LOL. No. They don't allow dice setting because it's a small casino, and dice setting slows the game down. Fewer rolls per hour means less money taken in. Small casinos need more rolls per hour to make money.
I was out there early this week, and the dealer earned nice tip for letting me know that while they don't allow dice setting in Wendover, if you ask nicely, the stickman will slide you a preferred number.

I want to go to AC which are the casino's I mostly play in and I only really play craps but I'm a little nervous about going because the players touch the chips and dice at a high volume. I did see dice sanitized but just wondering about the chips. Do u know???
The chips are removed and sanitized periodically.
Inside the Casino oh ok thanks for the response n thanks for the vids! ❤️
Wow great start to Reopening! Do you know if the table Mins in Vegas went up or back to normal $10 min on the strip?
I don’t know yet. Haven’t heard a definite report on that. I’ll let you know when we get down there and check it out first hand.
Somebody once told me it is also good practice to tip a roller (after he's crapped out) if he's made you some bucks.. is this true? Nice vid, sir!!
Not necessary, but it’s nice.
@@InsidetheCasino Always tip the guys with the ties.
@@StraightRazWhor I have never seen a $50 chip.
Dice sticking together is a good thing
Amen to that!
PSH!!! Unreal they won’t let you set dice 🎲! But you smashed them!!! Amazing run!
Typical for small casinos in small towns. They want the game to have as many rolls per hour. More rolls equals more cash flowing into the casino.
With 32 roll and ppl still playing $10 is crazy . I would max out my bet
How many times odds at Wendover craps tables?
10x. It’s mentioned in the video.
Good thing they didn’t let him set the dice!!
LOL! I’ve seen REAL dice setters last A LOT longer.
Inside the Casino When I was younger I thought dice setting was a bunch of foo-ee, but seeing is believing...and I’ve seen some do incredible things.
Same here.
Is that just westover that doesn't allow dice setting? Is that rule spreading to major spots?
@@Fydnow -I’m sure casinos are watching for it and have different statistics for those who set the dice. There are so few who have mastered it that they must not feel threatened by it........yet.
Why do the dealers sometimes catch the chips instead of letting them drop on the table?
So they don’t have to lean way over.
@@InsidetheCasino Oh okay, I always thought every chip has to be dropped on the tabele because of the cameras
its a good thing i didn't put bets on hard 4 like i was thinking.
No odds for the shooter is killing me
They Deserve to lose their money if they don’t bet free odds
I am sick of places not letting people set the dice!
It’s usually only the little casinos that depend on the most rolls per hour they can get. Poser dice setters that take more than 5 seconds to set the dice slow the game down and decrease the amount of money these small casinos make. It’s not an issue with larger casinos
Dice setters suck. Waste way too much time.
Being that the field bet is a 1:1 payout. Can you bet let’s say 7$ on field on a 5$min table? Or only in increments of 5$?
And proposition bets too?
For a Field bet, you can bet $5 or more in any amount, up to table maximum.
I would NEVER play at a casino that did NOT allow dice setting!!! That's LUDICROUS!!!!!
Then don’t play at small town casinos. They rely on as many rolls per hour as possible, thanks to their business being mostly on the weekends. Too many losers trying to set the dice just slows the game down and the casino doesn’t make as much money. THAT is why they don’t allow dice setting.
long time bud love or vids
THANKS! Glad you liked the video!
More to come, now that things are opening back up!
An aggressive better would have made an absolute killing on this run, epic roll
Yes indeed.
What a roll, and sadly, no money out there.
I had money out there. Was pressing from time to time as well. The others were just grinders.
@@InsidetheCasino Maybe I missed it but the highest bet I saw up there was under $25. Those are the ones you wish you could go back to.
Small casinos don’t have the ability to handle large hits.
Are all casinos starting this dice setting rule?
NO. This rule has been in place in Wendover for around 20 years. You'll see mostly at small town casinos.
Inside the Casino thank goodness. Dice setting and throwing did improve my game from losing a lot to a little less than a lot lol. I can’t throw dice without setting them I’ve done it so long.
Muy buena imagen
Thanks for watching!
We need new Craps videos !!
Why don't they have a "Don't Pass Bar 12"? Is the "Don't Come" missing as well?
They have a Don’t Pass. It’s just different. There’s nothing that says they HAVE to have a Bar 12.
@@InsidetheCasino I see it now, it's above the field bet and below the come bet area.
It's interesting that they combine both in one box. Also 2 is barred instead of 12. It doesn't change the odds. It's just different.
This casino has 2 as a push.
Shooter has a nice low throw. Not the 45 degree angle that most dice setters do.
You mean, not like MY throw? LOL! I was lifting g those dice pretty high. 😂
@@InsidetheCasino Shooter has a nice low throw. Not like most dice setters that usually lob their throw at a 45 degree angle.
@@InsidetheCasino I haven't seen you throw.
Are you on the video also?
Yep. If you watch the video long enough, I shoot 21.
Oh wow! That's a good time to throw the dice. You are around the 18 minute mark. My throws are pretty high also. Nice throw!
amazing
Thanks for watching.
I thought that the casinos didn’t believe in dice control.. 🤣
@@InsidetheCasino stop justifying it … boycott!!
That video poker machine in the background keeps paying
LOL!
My go to casino lol. Went this past Friday and couldnt get on anything. Too packed and too limited thanks to this dumb covid rules. Hopefully things can get back to normal soon so I can actually enjoy the casino again
It was pretty quiet when I went. Kinda enjoyable for a change.
@@InsidetheCasino yea I'm gonna go one day during the week instead
So are you not allowed to set dice because of the Coronavirus? or has there always been a no setting dice rule?
@Inside the Casino Besides Wendover not allowing dice setting, do you know of other casinos across the country that have implemented the same rule?
They didn't allow him to set the dice AND he still rolled a 30+. Good roll but I already hate that place.
😂🤣😂
I would boycott that casino. All craps players UNIT!! Boycott!!!!
i seen this happen two weeks ago at ceacers $25 minimum table, shooter cash out over 7k
Awesome!
