Normally a standard air combo using all the punch and kick buttons only results in 5 to 7 hits, but I swear at the arcade I saw this player continuously pull off 13 hit air combos with Chun Li while using just the normal attack buttons. I think it must have something to do with Chun Li being able to triple air jump. From what I can remember for the first jump that player was hitting LP, LK, MP, D+MK, then immediately 2nd air jump and hit LP, LK, MP, D+MK, then immediately 3RD air jump and hit LP, LK, MP, D+MK and knockdown with the FP. That's 13 hits. The timing must be precise because even to this day most I can pull off is 8 hit air combo with Chun Li.
@@157qa thanks for the tip but the air combo that I saw with that player using Chun Li was definitely not an infinite combo because of the FP (fierce punch) button knockdown at the end. I even saw that player used Strider and was able to pull off 9-10 hit air combos without being corner at the wall. Normally for Strider his normal air combos at most is just 6 hits due to the FP and FK buttons knocking down the characters, but I think because Strider can double jump, he can continue another air combo after the first jump meaning that for the first jump it's something like LP, LK, MP, MK, then immediately 2nd air jump and hit LP, LK, MP, MK, FP, then FK for the knockdown. I try to replicate that Strider 9-10 hit air combo, but I can't get the timing down or maybe I'm not pressing the right punch and kick buttons.
i didn't put buttons, you will need to figure it out on your own, or maybe enter fightcade and I will show you in game what buttons you need for the combos :)

No jump needed you just repeat lp lk mp D+mk best to practice maybe on venom or captain commando, if you mean for the infinite

This is sick . Is there a list you can show to know what buttons to press in order to do the combos ? Ex. Heavy kick , medium punch etc
