Here is a video clip on how to repair the Ei error code for your Mpsa Inflatable hot tub.
The E1 error code is a restriction of water flow through the hot tubs system.
this can be caused by a dirty filter. also by blocked strainers. remove the strainers first from the hot tub and check both sides for blockages.
If your strainers are free from blockages and you are still experiencing the E1 error code then move onto the water flow sensor test.
If your water flow sensors are working ok. then move onto checking your filtration pumps and its impeller. if the impeller if fine? then replace your filtration pump.
Going forward to avoid future E1 error codes. purchase a fast flow kit from Mspa. this will ensure a faster water flow to avoid stress upon the filtration pump.
