Oh Jeff and Kristen, I knew that you are very good people and hometown people but lordy you got the patience of jobe!!!!!.I just wanted to tell them people what I thought of them for the way they talked and acted, but Kristen is such a sweetheart and handled the dude real well. People are jerks sometimes, I am proud of her for standing up to him!! I get that they’re angry but to speak that way to a lady? He was a real “classy” guy!! I am surprised that you allow people to pickup their vehicles after hours, you’re very hospitable for allowing that, wouldn’t happen by me I don’t think. Take care and stay safe
I feel the same. Only a jerk or a boy toddler would ever cuss a woman. After the first cuss word he would have been picking it up during business hours.

Just found this channel & your wife is what I hope to be someday. 😂🤣. She is the sweetest calm tempered person ever. Shes the person you would want for any service because things can already be stressful & out of your control. That guy was definitely a jerk. He’s knows he can’t park there he just feels entitled because he lives there

With regards to the van, what a mess that was. I don't believe anything anybody's saying with regards to driver, owner, etc. Sounds like police picked up on it right quick. Plus, there's a reason folks run around with no ID. Never a dull moment huh Jeff? As always, we enjoy your videos.

Kristin handled it well.people always show there guilt by attitude I've been to Gatlinburg in the past many times number 1 rule read the signs don't be cheap you can pay to park in the garages or lots or just ride the trolley if your staying in pigeon forge they'll take you to Gatlinburg I love the trolley it's cheaper and the driver gets to deal with traffic😂 good job kristin and tell the sheriff hello
The first cop that was on the scene of the van off the road, came in like a lion (raising his voice) and went out like a lamb (waving at the camera).

Kristen was a hell of alot nicer than I ever would've been. I take s*** from nobody. And had he talked to me they way he did her,he would've left without his vehicle. I know some people lack respect,but to be just plain rude was uncalled for. I've had my car towed and I was never rude about it. I've always been very respectful. They work and live here so they should know to not park at the church.

Watching one of your videos from about 4 months ago and were the guy came to get his car and was very rude to your wife cussing her your wife handled herself very well I would have told him to leave my property come back tomorrow with a better attitude and plus charging more

back in the 80's I drove a truck and if we did any tows off private property we had to be available 24 hours to release the car. I was under the impression that was the law. Might have been because we towed for all the police depts in the area.
when those 'kids' come again (and there will be a next time!) you can make them wait till office hours....🙂
I totally agree with you Jeff. I'd probably needed bail money if he talked to my wife like that. But in business it comes with the territory I guess.. She did well because he'd probably bowed up and possibly violent if she got any more stern. He is definitely still a child inside aka the racking of his pipes.
I don't think the kid would have given the same attitude if Jeff was there. He has a way of defusing situations and calming people down. But maybe not. I wouldn't have let this kid and girlfriend in with the attitude until business hours. Plus I would have charged 100 dollars more for every cuss word.
I'm still bingeing on your videos and got to this one without subtitles or CC. I tried clicking on "CC" but it is grayed out and nothing happens when I click on it. I couldn't hear a good portion of it because of background noise. No need to fix this one, though. There only seem to be a rare few without subtitles. Your newer videos are great.

If you will watch that lady with the purple van in the ditch, Kristen walks away and she walks into the camera view and starts emptying her pockets when the cops show up tearing up her cigarettes and nervous. How else would she have the key on her ring of keys if she wasn't driving. Something sounds and loose fishy.
That DOUCHE with that 3 or 4 cylinder Ford Feista really thought he was doing something speeding and revving up that engine when he pulled off. Also he's a DOUBLE DOUCHE for living there and knows the parking rules.

It eats the factory tires pretty quick, but we put after market street tires on ours. If you do bring yours to ride around town, be aware that Sevier County requires it to be street legal, licensed, and insured to drive on the road. Thanks for tagging along!
