It's fascinating to me that you can listen to a song you heard kajillion times and somehow you can still expirience it differently each time. Was like breathing in a bunch of differrent flavord weathers for me.
@@pablorivadeneyra1105If you like the singing in these, I’d say the best showcase of it is in “Gravity” definitely one of my favourites in the soundtrack and a genuinely beautiful song. Also love your videos even besides the made in abyss stuff ❤️
Hearing this when it starts in the anime for me is one of those moments you wish you could experience again for the first time. It just works so well and it along with the rest of the OST are one of the things that hooked me into the show. I highly recommend MiA, I very VERY rarely binge watch shows and MiA was probably the first show i've ever binged.
@@ancy1205 It's not simply being cute to hide/counterbalance the horror. For me it's essentially about... life. The true adventure, with no toning down on how extreme it can get, in any form. Amoral suffering and doom, and yet, still stunningly beautiful and optimistic. There is not even any actual bad guy... Everyone mainly want to survive, to explore, always more. Maybe it's madness. Maybe it's... existing. Many will roughly say that this show got them depressed, but I can't say that. Traumatizing, maybe, but I feel more like this show healed me along with Riko.
Its so otherworldly! And it matches the tv show so perfectly, I wish you could appreciate it too, although the tv show has some pretty traumatic moments 😅 Some of my favourite songs from MiA that you haven’t yet heard are Tomorrow, San Ken the three sages, prayer and immolation, dark reg nightmare fuel, and Faputa. If you could do any one of these next that would be awesome! Loving the videos so far, mainly just love seeing more people enjoy this for the first time. Keep it up!
To really understand the duality of what Made in Abyss is, I would recommend listening to ‘Stairway to the Fifth’ or ‘Faputa’ next. Neither is quite like ‘Hanezeve Caradhina’, but both make excellent use of the piano.
rumble of scientific triumph and dark reg nightmare fuel are fs a must watch. If you do listen to dark reg make sure to listen to "reg's theme" first as the composer used that melody as a callback for plot and emotional reasons
"Theme of Reg", "Reg's Power", and "Relinquish" should all be listened to as an introduction for "Dark Reg, Nightmare Fuel". "Rumble of Scientific Triumph" is an absolute ride, too, of course.
I highly recommend the cover Takeshi Saito does of this song. No other youtuber has done a react to it, and the way the singer in this enhances the song is absolutely amazing. I think the vocals in their cover are better than VOH.

The music is wonderful. But I head it was a horror show in disguise. So I'll stop at listening to the OST.
@@ancy1205 dont google a single thing about the show, it is best to go in to it blind
Really want to watch the anime! Thanks for the recommendation 😁

There is another Made in Abyss song called "reBirth" ft. Takeshi Saito, the singer of Hanezeve. I would love to hear your reaction to that.
Thanks for the recommendation!!! 😁
Subscribed, your reactions are so genuine for Penkin's masterpieces. Gravity or Transcendance and Hanazeve please! 😂
Thanks for the support!!! More Made in Abyss content coming soon 🙌🏻
FINALLY SOMEONE WHO LISTEN FIRST THEN COMMENT (i hate that reactions when 90% of time is the person pausing and speaking in the middle of things)
I always prefer to listen the full themes without pauses 🙌🏻😁
