When I apply the paint to the doll , I notice it’s foamy , am I doing something wrong ? The sponge gets foamy as well . Oh and I only make dolls for myself I don’t sell them .
can you try working with a dryer brush add thinner layers you are putting to much water on your cosmetic wedge and you are putting too much water on that cosmetic wedge and stippling with it (it sounds like) thinner layers that dry more quickly..less water. add a tiny bit less watrer to your mix too. do not shake your paint to mix..just roll it instead.

this is one coat but be add a bit more lines when we do our creases
