why didnt he have it delivered to his own house if hes not coming til a few weeks from now in february. or even just have it delivered closer to the day hes staying and have a plan to take it with him when he leaves if its just a huge mattress he should know thats not a normal peice of furniture like its a huge thing thats spread out and would take over the whole floor. very weird.. if he thinks its so easy to move and fold up in the corner he can fold it up and take it with him when he leaves and bring it back when he stays My motto is to try to leave things the way i found them when i stay at peoples houses. if i leave something its on accident (like my treat pouch lol) i never would leave something at someones house (on purpose) esp not something huge like that. also you have a daybed right? like if you had wanted a peice of furniture like that in ur house you would have set up ur day bed that is your own style and he could have gotten a new mattress to fit that or something. i agree he has not really thought this thru at all and if ur getting something with the idea of leaving it in ur house he needs to ask you first. im with you.. id be like get that thing out of here or id just figure out what to do with it myself if they dont take it

that room is not big enough to leave a huge mattress spread out on the floor.. like yea even when i was there i had to move my air mattress out of the room when we went to do massage and use the office - its not big enough to leave a mattress spread out at all. when u said futon i was also picturing like a futon that is usually like a frame that fold up into a couch with a foam matress on TOP of that. if hes got a futon matress then yea he needs to get the part that makes it into a couch so it can at least fold up .. he needs to either get that part or get rid of it when he leaves. otherwise its just putting a huge mattress on your floor in an office that you cleaned to be a more professional space. id tell him he needs to take it when he leaves or you will post it on craiglist and donate it to someone cause you cant leave it laying around on the floor. (i wouldnt put it in the dumpster tho cause someone else could use it and thats wasteful but donating it to get it out of there would be a solution if he doesnt take it with him)

There’s so much cute stuff, so many different adorable things and unbelievable that its literally all only five dollars. great pyrenese are a good breed for you they are gentle giants yea.. and not too high energy they get small bursts of energy but overall are pretty low key and yea they have a protective nature. when they are working dogs in the field they would mostly lay in the fields with the livestock keeping watch ... they laze around but are alert watching everything.... then if they need to they will jump up to protect (hence the small bursts of energy) I love huskies for their human personable nature they are good for psych work with how loving loyal and bonded they are as pack animals they bond strongly with their human and you saw how loving and sweet she can be , oura was the same way with humans, dogs, and even cats... but they definitely can have a prey drive which is a draw back (and their energy needs can be a drawback if you cant work with it... we usually are able to work that energy level out fine at home but they dont do good in an apartment... its hard to travel with huskies if you're going to be cooped up in small spaces. ) Loony has never shown prey drive like that before... Even last time i was at your house we were able to get her to calm down around Midnight the rabbit (and this time she seemed not that interested in the rabbits either) but guinnea pig and tortoise she was definitely going at ... I dont think she had ever seen a tortoise or piggy before so maybe thats it.... whatever the reason it sucks and she definitely needs work. I do think she will be easier to work with on prey drive than Oura though cause oura used to go after nearly everything (birds, chickens, squirrels, mice, rabbits, etc. pretty much didnt trust her with anything that wasnt a cat or dog. ) With Loony this was the first time she'd done something like this. imo they can still be service dogs you just have to manage environment and not have them around those types of animals. (while also obv continuing to work on stuff but even if they cant learn preydrive control, environmental management can be a solution) Like people are going on that she's agressive and shouldnt be a service dog which is ridiculous when she's doing good with public access and tasking. And prey drive is quite different than actual aggression. Prey drive is based on instinct to hunt and feed themselves, aggression is just emotionally driven bad behavior. Just have to keep her away from torts (which was our intention to begin with even before knowing if she'd do something like that just for precautionary safety... just made a mistake by not moving her barrier back to the other room. ) Luckily she did only have him for all of maybe a minute (tho thats all it takes) but could have been worse if we didnt realize she was up to something and run to check on him. She didnt have him for too long but long enough to bite down at least once :( I really am hoping he continues to do ok. He scared the crap out of us not moving at all so its just nice to see him moving around again, eating and drinking. Again I cant apologize enough for this happening . And please try to ignore the trolls trying to make this out into something its not.... we blame ourselves because thats a normal way to feel and because yea... if we look back are there things we COULD have dont different, of course. But overall none of it was due to negligence or abuse or any bad intentions, in fact quite the opposite.... but end of the day it was an accident and you're doing what you can to nurse him back to health, changing his bandages, keeping wound clean and him warm and cozy and well fed. I THINK he'll be ok since he has pulled thru the past couple days which are usually the time frame when things are going to make a turn for better or worse. Prayers for Peekaboo!

continue to keep me updated. yea the whole thing is bad but glad to hear he is doing better. Im also sorry if i didnt realize they were so susceptible to being cold i thought it was ok to crack the window at night tho there was one day we went out and i forgot to close the window that one day when it got really colder in the room. I dont know much about tortoises at all I was just myelf dying of heat in the room with the boiler going . You did say i could crack the window but i guess maybe it was open for too long that one day i accidentalyl left it open when we went out. Hopefully it is just minor if he had some respiratory troubles it wasnt too cold for like a long period of time but definitely that one day i forgot to close it I apologize if it affected him I didnt know :( I didnt see or realize he was having respiratory stuff along with the dog bite. I hope thats doing better too.

Hey glad to hear a couple of your dolls sold! its always nice when you're broke and then hear that you have some money coming in due to the work you've done. I also get to watch Everest again this weekend so I got another dog sitting job with him I think just a day and overnight this time (last time he stayed for a week) but still im glad for anything at this point. Everests mom has a 16 yr old son who plays sports and it has been hockey season for her son so theyve been going to away games on the weekends so she has been having me watch him a lot lately even if its just a day here and there on the weekend for as long as hockey season goes on its still helpful (AND Loony loves having him over, it keeps her occupied having another dog to play with. I cant handle actually OWNING 2 dogs full time but its nice to be able to dog sit for her too cause she enjoys having an extra dog in the house to play with. If i didnt have issues id have loved to be able to get her a friend i just know I cant deal with 2. One is hard enough. But yea nice to see you got a couple dolls sold in your shop! You have so many anyway lol and are always making more...also gives you the opportunity to paint more kits when you want to without your apartment getting overrun with dolls lol

As for Taylor she was struggling with addiction during a lot of her last few years on youtube until making this current comeback. (The heater situation was an accident that her heating system failed and went out but she also also admitted that she was using drugs at the time and basically slept thru the times when she should have been checking on some of the animals. She had a video a while ago talking about it.. I know she must feel extreme guilt she basically says like it was an accident but i would have realized it sooner and maybe could have saved some of the animals if she hadnt been high/sleeping (she was taking opiates like her0in that make you really tired .. the 'high' is basically just passing out and sleeping a lot so she slept thru some of her checks and neglected the animals . She said they WERE alway fed and had basic needs met in that way but admitted to neglecting them and basically not being as emotionally invested during that time. As someone whos also battled addiction i do feel for her and cant imagine the guilt she would have as an animal lover. I DO hope she will do a better job and be more attentive now that she has been sober (and hopefully stays that way)

every basic vet visit ive been to has never been under 200 dollars. id say average for just BASIC level care vacc or diagnostics are 200-300 dollars a visit before any actual treatment.

I hate the 'snake drawers' the most. What is even the point of having a pet at all if you're gonig ot literally stuff it in a DRAWER... you cant even really see it from in there without pulling the drawer out for a second ... get an aquarium or enclosure where you can look at your animals and they can move around
