I believe its suppose to look awkward and sporadic (if that'd what you where suggesting) since it's suppose resemble them being puppetierd by glitchtrap. Plus from a filming stand point, dawko did say that he wanted to make himself like a cartoon villain so sporadic arm movement would just naturally look eye catching for his character. Aside from that I get what you mean but it would be no different either way. Mashing animation and live action is difficult to pull off. (Sorry if I came across judgemental or off pitting in some way, I struggle to find the right tone for texting 😅)
