What Is The ClampTite Tool?

It's a cool tool to have in your car for emergencies. I've done something similar using safety-wire pliers but this looks so much easier.

Hey, how does one use a measuring cup? It holds way moe than a tablespoon. My chopsticks just will not work.

How secure is this for lower and upper radiator hoses. Taking into account expansion and reduction in relation to heat gain/loss?

Using larger gauge wire makes it not a problem.
