Consider getting: - Elgato stream deck for switching between cameras (like and overhead) and creating scenes and overlays (intros, recipe overlay, lower 3rds and "Be right back, I forgot something." scenes :D) - Elgato CamLink capture for hooking up additional cameras you're used to using!

Why not close in the breezeway? Or at least put in some kind of bay doors that you can open and close? I'm sure if that was an option you would have already done it by now...
