I’m seriously thinking about going down there and bidding on Dior !!!! What a dream !!!!! But really… aren’t they all ? I’d be proud to have any of them beauties!!!!! And isn’t it incredible that those mustangs were completely unhandled and wild just a couple of weeks ago?? It really says something for these amazing trainers !!!! I applaud 👏 each one !!!! Thanks for this cool vid ! I clicked so fast ! Lol !!! ❤️🐴❤️
"completely unhandled and wild just a couple of weeks ago" ... NOPE. About 4 months ago, many of them captured a year or more ago, and handled for vet checks, etc. at the corrals, then loaded and shipped. It's still some serious horse training skills.
they weren't wild a couple of weeks ago, they were picked up months ago (aprox 120 days of training before now) and they're usually in holding pens for about a year before being adopted lol
Thank you for posting! All of these horses are wonderful and it’s clear their trainers have worked very hard along side these mustangs and their magic 💖🐴
GREAT WORK BRITTA WATCHING ON MY BIG SCREEN TV. HORSES 62 YEARS LOVE WATCHING THESE YOUNG TRAINERS BRINGING OUT THESE REALLY ADORABLE ATHLETIC MUSTANG 🐎. SURE LIKE ME THAT WAFFLES😉. Dusan
Is this considered Western riding? I was under the impression that the contact on the reins was supposed to be very light? But I’m asking since I’m not familiar with this style of riding at all.
The horses are "green broke" ... which means they are still in need of firm cues. They have been with the trainer about 4 months, starting from unhaltered and untrained out of a holding pen to what you see here. As they continue with training and riding the cues get more subtle.
No, this is not "Western Riding" Western Riding is an actual category at horse show competitions. Now... if you're asking "Is this riding western?" Then answer is "yes. this is riding western style".

Does anyone know who won the Mustang Champions last night? The stream on the Cowboy Channel cut out right as Sam Van Fleet was getting third. 😢
Nate Eicher! I’ve heard that about the cowboy channel😅
@@TheProjectEquestrian thank you so much! I was hoping he'd win. 😁❤️
I really thought Waffles nailed that, they all looked good 👍
I really liked Waffles as well!
Are you going to make a video on the Saturday auction for Mustang Magic?

Most of them are western style yes, but riding a green horse looks much different than a fully trained horse

Thank you all for enlightening me! 😊
Every horse every rider has their own style
That tall draft was swishing his tail. Did not like that
