I don't think any of those were done in good faith.. Here's the reason (at least one I've been able to detect from experience): I'm an outlier for the bmi (a chart heavily considered when deciding the fittedness of a recuit).. All those studies were conducted around the time I went through the process of getting into the military and from what I heard the conditions were as stringent before.. They were strict in meps in regards of who they allowed to pass.. I barely got through bc of the bmi.. I wasnt at all fat or overweight when I got tested.. I was in 'good shape' according to their standards.. I ran so much that I atrophied my muscles (I noticed myself be in a marked state of weakness bc of all the running), I was able to fit in a size 2, I gave myself a cavity due to runners mouth (no one told me about) and I could see my ribs.. but I still was at 'max weight'.. I barely got through meps.. I'm mentioning all this bc all these women who were tested in those studies you mentioned were most likely the 'standard women's health and weight range'.. Clearly these women were met with incredulity as to whether theyd be able to meet the fitness standards bc the health standards they flipping screen for in order to pass them into basic wouldn't meet the physical demands they would meet when training.. They don't test to get women whose body dimensions would actually enable them to physically meet the requirements.. in fact they would be discriminated against and failed like I almost was if I hadn't made myself waste away with exorbitant amounts of running..
@ even if you are correct about those studies what do you have to say about the higher injury rates because at the end of the day this about safety for me if it’s safe I don’t care
@@summonlucifer less of those would happen if you screened differently.. Idk what you mean Also again, from experience.. a lot of training is affected by mental state.. when I was in basic I had an unexplained pain in my right hip whenever I tried to get up from the floor.. i hated being told to sit on the ground.. this injury was psychosomatic due to intense anxiety issues bc when I was discharged due to psych the pain completely went away.. Read mate's 'when the body says no'.. the physical is heavily influenced by the mental.. and one could see why women would be predisposed to injury with comments such as the one you posted in the formatting it was posted😒 clearly meant to discourage them
I personally know a female combat soldier who is actually so strong I’d be willing to bet she could beat 99% of ever men I’ve ever known or seen. She was literally so strong people would fight school boards to get her on the boys sport teams. Now look at us.
I would love for a RUclipsr to set up a mini documentary of sorts, have these “due to statistical averages, women shouldn’t be in the military” debate bros be made to do the military’s physical fitness qualification exam alongside the women who are currently serving in the military, it’d be entertaining as hell to see the debate bros utterly fail to pass the exam yet still try and explain why the “average man” is better for the military than the women who do meet the physical fittest requirements for the military. Seriously tho, the entire premise for their argument is citing averages, which completely omits that the ONLY women in active military duty are the women who qualified as having the physical capability to be in the military in the first place. The “average” woman’s physical capabilities are completely irrelevant to the discussion. The military already has an institutional framework to ensure all military personnel meet the physical requirements to be apart of the military. As this video already stated, to forcibly take women out of the military is to make it inevitable that young men will be involuntarily drafted into the military to make up for the insufficient number of voluntary recruits. These debate bros better be careful what they advocate for, they may personally suffer the consequences if such a policy ever came to fruition.
I’m a disabled veteran. I wasn’t in when women were allowed to be in combat arms MOS’s but I’ve never understood the problems. Like if they want to be in combat jobs (infantry, cavalry, or tankers) what’s the big deal. I was a tanker and women would probably excel in that.
I’m a liberal but even I still think it’s a safety concern. Biologically men are better suited to be the hunters while the women were the gathers. Times have changed but these historical traits still remain to an extent and we need to compensate duly for that.
@@summonluciferthis hunter gatherer male female dynamic has been thoroughly called into question. This just largely isn’t true and it’s an assumption that we project onto people of the past because of our own cultural understanding of the roles men and women should be allowed to take. Dynamics were more complex than that and that is shown by research.
Dude the IDF in general is a poor example. They're having a hard time with people actually shooting back. They have been trained to bully unarmed civilians. Not against women in the military but don't use the IDF for reference.

As a person who served myself, if a woman can perform the physical performance a combat ready man can, then all good. Honestly I have always felt there should be a combat requirement and a non-combat requirement for basic training. Not that many military service members are infantry these days.

Like this guy to tell someone like Ronda Rousey that women aren't strong and see where that goes. All people are individuals and should be treated and evaluated as such. Y'all remember that.
How will this guy grapple with the fact that girls on average are better marksmen? Which, as boots on the ground becomes obsolete we will require remote skills such as those which women have better ability in... @3:20 lol throwing ppl into warring will be the one profession that isnt a zero sum game.. so how he's thinking of it as this exclusive club, i have no idea.. @3:51 like I implicated in the beginning of this comment, they are on average more accurate.. @14:00 to the argument that diversity drives innovation and the later mention that combat soldiers are over burdened.. wouldn't the presence of 'weak dainty women' drive innovation for tougher but lighter protective wear?? In order to better understand your outrage.. you might want to include what that guy was posting in your chat.. no one understands the outrage bro.. we're sort of empathizing with the other guy bc of this omission..
200 lbs? That's like 90kg, which I carried maybe once or twice in my service. I can ask my SOF friends, as they obviously had much harder and heavier stuff than me, but I don't think that's anywhere near the average load. What we carried was oftentime around our own bodyweight or slightly less.
"I usually keep more composure" You know, I find that rather hard to believe, considering you lost your temper in previous debates, and still rely on ad hominem attacks. Always stick to attacking a person's ARGUMENT, not themselves personally.
I've heard that women don't have the same physical standards as men for the army as long as that is true then I don't think women should be in combat roles.
@FemboyKaiSaku shooting a gun is not the only thing people in combat roles do. You have to have a lot of strength and endurance just because of the amount of equipment they need to carry. Men have more of both on average. Like I said if a woman meets the same physical standards I think it's fine.
@FemboyKaiSaku women aren't Smarter biological either. Something that a gender is better at though is fighting. Men have had to fight way more throughout history and being a good fighter has been a way bigger pressure on men so men have evolved to be better at it.
@@jacksonklark6119 so your argument is that there should be a specific strength requirement in the military, not "women shouldnt be in the military" you acting like these military men are powerlifters. If there is no women, then there is less soldiers. So i guess you think, a slightly weaker soldier is worse than no soldier at all 🤔
I could debate better than this guy and its simple. Women DO NOT belong in combat roles, easy as that. When you have a 6'4" behemoth who you absolutely require a mechanical advantage in order to deal with and that mechanical advantage is either A) removed from you. B) doesnt work or breaks. C) the man has a bigger mechanical advantage or D) you are separated from your mechanical advantage it doesnt matter how many masters degrees you have, you lose and are a liability
@dalekrenegade2596 Not every man is 6'4 just like not every woman has the same sort of adrenaline response, high twitch fibers, red blood cell density and muscle control every single man on this planet does, even the feminine ones like you. An addition to your stance but correct me if I'm wrong but there was a controversial soccer match where both high school teenage boys beat out the women's international championship league and a long since retired men's team
Considering the far bigger problem the military is facing is a recruitment shortage, the advantages you’re talking about are negligible when looking at how modern combat is handled, and women have been shown to be able perform at the acceptable levels necessary to be effective in combat roles. Your view on how combat is engaged in is severely outdated and shows a fundamental lack of understanding of the situations. Also the average height of American men is only 5’9” and globally that’s even lower. Based on your earlier arguments should men below 6’4” be barred from the military since they lack a mechanical advantage over those who are? (And some women are 6’4”)
@haosmagnaingram6992 No thry haven't, in order for women to enter the military we have had to consistently lower the entrance requirements since 1995. Also the first poster is wrong on just about everything as well. "Not all men are 6'4"" he's right about that, on average men are typically faster and stronger than women, that's why they lost to a high school soccer team
So heres the thing about Women in combat roles. The main demographic of the lower enlisted force is 18 to mid 20s ish. I was in between 2010 to 2021. I met some kickass ladys that outperformed alot of guys. However the military needs to make the best decision to ensure that their main function... warfighting is at its best. You take what is practically high school and college kids and make it male only. You have a team working toward a common goal. You have a co-ed job, right wrong or indifferent you introduce that high school lite experience. It is sooo detrimential to a unit. Now if youre pushing paper sure, alittle bit of office drama won't absolutely kill your function of your job. But for a combat MOS, miliseconds of not following an order or you making the correct choice can end both your life and others. That part of it I've never liked. I've had women in the military, both supervisors and suborianates, who were pretty solid but it doesnt change my view on women in combat jobs. Also you cherry picked that marine stud. They found that the all male platoon massively outperformed the co-ed platoon. I cant imagine getting so worked up about a profession that you've never been in. Either way we cant put that genine back in the bottle!
@@dalekrenegade2596 It does not let me copy and paste hyperlinks in. Look up Marine Corp Co-ed unit study. But in general if you've never walked the walk its probably best to not have one about the inner workings of the Military. Again, its done so whatever at this point.

I don't think any of those were done in good faith.. Here's the reason (at least one I've been able to detect from experience):
I'm an outlier for the bmi (a chart heavily considered when deciding the fittedness of a recuit)..
Idk what you mean
Also again, from experience.. a lot of training is affected by mental state.. when I was in basic I had an unexplained pain in my right hip whenever I tried to get up from the floor.. i hated being told to sit on the ground.. this injury was psychosomatic due to intense anxiety issues bc when I was discharged due to psych the pain completely went away..
Now look at us.
when he says they carry 200lbs of weight as an avid backpacker, i was thinking damn i carry 45lbs. im weak. 😂
Caller has apparently NEVER been in the military...and he didn't even have to say...
He probably got rejected to join and is now mad😬
These US discussions seem crazy to me as a european....
Army is a paid job there lol... You cannot just exclude women from that.
And the military is already having a recruitment shortage.
Duke got roasted I couldn't even get one argument out.
Dynamics were more complex than that and that is shown by research.

they use gorillas in the military? :0
Does he not know about the IDF? One of the best armies in the world with a very high percentage of female soldiers. Even in combat
Dude the IDF in general is a poor example. They're having a hard time with people actually shooting back. They have been trained to bully unarmed civilians. Not against women in the military but don't use the IDF for reference.
It's easier for IDF when their targets are mostly women and children
@@MrEboxez
Correct.
Dude, the IDF is actually not even that impressive as a whole.
@dalekrenegade2596 Did you go through IDF training or are you just repeating bulshit that you heard online? The IDF has so-called "open fire procedures" that contradict any nonsense that people like to spread in order to turn a complex reality into something dichotomous and easy to understand in their limited knowledge.
Dude probably got rejected to join the army because of his size and mental health and is now mad at women that did get in😂
Seriously 200 pounds what training is the guest referencing ? SF special forces train with 75 pounds rucking
For all my fellow non Americans. 5 pounds is 2 kg.. he is arguing over 2 KG!! 😂
It's like watching the Trump vs. Biden debate all over again.
As a person who served myself, if a woman can perform the physical performance a combat ready man can, then all good. Honestly I have always felt there should be a combat requirement and a non-combat requirement for basic training. Not that many military service members are infantry these days.
......weight isn't that difficult to lift. If its spread out. And you'd be surprised how light 200 can be when dispersed.
Dead lifting 200. Yea thats impressive but this isnt mulan. They arent running around with arms streched carrying 100lb water bucket in each arm.
How come the other guy on the line sounds like he is trying to imitate talking like The Critical Drinker or something?
Like this guy to tell someone like Ronda Rousey that women aren't strong and see where that goes. All people are individuals and should be treated and evaluated as such. Y'all remember that.
The right needs to be called out like this more. They need to know how awful we really think they are
If only Tim Walz was allowed to keep calling them weird
I joined when they opened being a Combat Engineer to females and was the second wave to become one 🤷🏾♀️ Still one 9 years later. It's not a hard MOS
In order to better understand your outrage.. you might want to include what that guy was posting in your chat.. no one understands the outrage bro.. we're sort of empathizing with the other guy bc of this omission..
sexist takes like this guy had disgust me I know so many amazing women fighting in the IDF to preserve peace and destroy the horrific Islamic regime
Yep alot if those guys are on the Trump cabinet video spamming.
Well one f**k the IDF for committing war crimes. But they have female soldiers I guess that’s a win? 🫠
@@Smellanie4121
Yeah the IDF as a whole is not very impressive.
Aha, you mean this by massacaring women and children on masse?
200 lbs? That's like 90kg, which I carried maybe once or twice in my service. I can ask my SOF friends, as they obviously had much harder and heavier stuff than me, but I don't think that's anywhere near the average load. What we carried was oftentime around our own bodyweight or slightly less.
90kg would've been my body weight when I was in the German Army...that'd be a bit much.
"I usually keep more composure" You know, I find that rather hard to believe, considering you lost your temper in previous debates, and still rely on ad hominem attacks. Always stick to attacking a person's ARGUMENT, not themselves personally.
The closest this guy has been to combat is prob COD.....who cares about his opinion, those women are still doing what he's not, lol.

Imho, not sure it was a good idea to upload this video. Hunter you just doesn't seem confident enough, because of agression

Dang hunter, you go. Love it when prejudice is properly called out
I've heard that women don't have the same physical standards as men for the army as long as that is true then I don't think women should be in combat roles.
But you dont need to be strong to shoot a gun buddy. In a combat role being smart helps, and biologically women are smarter
@@jacksonklark6119 so your argument is that there should be a specific strength requirement in the military, not "women shouldnt be in the military"
you acting like these military men are powerlifters. If there is no women, then there is less soldiers. So i guess you think, a slightly weaker soldier is worse than no soldier at all 🤔
@@jacksonklark6119 like that really doesn't make sense. You'd rather LESS SOLDIERS. Than SLIGHTLY weaker soldiers. That's ridiculous logic
I'm a full-on Trump supporter but even for me it's still entertaining to watch Hunter aggressively mock the audience call-ins
Well yeah, it's easy to clown on right wing animals
This host is Destiney but even more Gay.
That's why you like "DONGS" 😂😂😂
I could debate better than this guy and its simple. Women DO NOT belong in combat roles, easy as that. When you have a 6'4" behemoth who you absolutely require a mechanical advantage in order to deal with and that mechanical advantage is either A) removed from you. B) doesnt work or breaks. C) the man has a bigger mechanical advantage or D) you are separated from your mechanical advantage it doesnt matter how many masters degrees you have, you lose and are a liability
Congratulations, not every man is 6'4. Yeah a suitable woman can handle heavy weights, probably better than you.

It's very telling these guys ONLY care about view counts and not actual values.
Said the study was cherry picked yet didn't cite your own study.
@@dalekrenegade2596 It does not let me copy and paste hyperlinks in. Look up Marine Corp Co-ed unit study. Theres only one of them, the co-ed unit performed well in crew served weapons out of the many tests given. Look, there's no restricting women from combat arms in the future, that box was opened and its never closing. I served and I have an opinion, just like everyone else here including Hunter. But in general if you've never walked the walk its probably best to not have one about the inner workings of the Military.
Again, its done so whatever at this point.
