Yes, the latest preview shows the demonic and the cyborg versions are not the real Susan Triad, they are just other appearances of Susan Twist (in stories that we haven't seen - because we are only watching random episodes of a TV show). I think the technology announcement Susan Triad is making is that she has technology to enter people's dream, and it turns out that everything we have seen in this season has just been someone's dreams. But who's dreams have we been watching???
Susan Triad gives me SJA The Man Who Never Was Vibes, maybe she doesn't really exist hence her popping up in different place like some sort of ghost or harbinger?
She's getting about as much screen time in the show as the crack in the wall from Matt Smith's era. A mystery that tied the season arc together for a big reveal.
I have continued thinking and saying my theory with the warning I am rarely right. I did actually reiterate my theory in a comment on a channel regarding Rogue. I have felt there was something off with every single episode and at the end of most the Doctor does not save the day it is always someone else, the crying, the 4th wall breaking and the weird timeline jumps etc. (probably more but it's late). My theory from the beginning is that this is like a tv show within a tv show and the Doctor has a fair idea of it and is playing along hence the winking etc. possibly it is like a dream every time that would also fit some of the behaviours and reactions. I am not convinced on the Sutek theory going round or even the Susan Foreman theory. There is however a big problem with the Tardis and that has been obvious for awhile how exactly that fits in I will admit my theories are weak but I don't think Susan Triad or Mrs Flood are the Tardis in human form it was established in the Doctors Wife that a human body could not contain a tardis for any length of time and it would die rapidly killing the Tardis in the process if it was unable to get back in the control room as she did. To me that theory doesn't add up. My only thoughts are a god of some type is trying to take it over and the Tardis is fighting back hence the problems.
i believe the one who waits is susan foreman the drs granddaughter she was left of earth in 1963 and the dr promised to come back to her but he never did, just like all the companions he left behind. but being a timelord she could have been waiting a very long time. i think she has become evil over the years (possibly centuries) since the dr left her and now she is as crazy as the master. she may even have become the rani after a regeneration or two, she was exceptionally good at physics and scientific studies as a child and could have dedicated herself to research to distract herself from missing the dr. all the while developing the mindset that nothing matters except the scientific method which is what made the rani so evil.

I completely agree with this 👌
I am half hoping that Russell is leading the jerks ' the show is cancelled! The show is cancelled!' A merry little dance.
I remember watching season 2 and that lady was in TV.
