It is as though the Universe has shone upon you with approval and affirmation for your hard work in allowing Mother Nature to blossom on your three acres, well done Colette. ❤
Yes I agree
"Three Acres" would make a great name for a homestead. Love it.
Like Winnie the Pooh's Three Acre Wood 😊@@meredith9229
What a true blessing from God! What a night! It was for you to enjoy. Very special.
Time flies, and you have gotten much done, anyway!🤗💖
And I heard it was the biggest solar storm since 2003 and could be seen from the Brittish Islands down to Australia!🤗💖🌞
Many blessings and happy weekend to you and Patsy!💖🌞🌳🌱🤗
Absolutely gorgeous shots of the sky last night wow! ✨👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for sharing Colette.
Time flies luv, you manage to evolve with it beautifully. ❤ Thank you for being.
I could not sleep last night. Not for love or money and I usually fall asleep easily. Who knows? Maybe the solar storms make people restless.
Good morning Colette! Love the peace you have created with the blessed energies🦋🌸🦋🌸
Cloudy skies and trees here in Pennsylvania prevented a siting for me, but had so many others able to see the lights. This has been on my bucket list and figured I would be traveling north to chance seeing them. But this weekend available in my own back yard. Hopefully I can catch them. Thank you universe for the opportunity! Blessings at the best.
I, Claudius was one of my favorite BBC shows of all time. So good!
Ohhhh wow, Incredible Colette, Stunning colours. I looked but the Sky was overcast where i am. I continue to look again tonight...Maybe.🤞💚
Very special moment never to be forgotten STUNNING...This was a gift.❤Kerry Australia
Yes it was!
Hi Colette, what beautiful pictures of the aurora borealis over Beltaine! You had such good luck seeing them! I tried looking up at the night sky before I retired to bed but alas I didn't see a thing! Think I was probably asleep at two in the morning when it all took off! Such a magical spectacle though, and such a rarity! Blessings to you and little Patsy ❤❤
In Finnish lore, the fox brings the Northern lights. I thought it was kind of fitting.
Oh thank you for info🐝🇨🇦
Looks amazing Colette my daughter seen it too she lives in Ballantrae in Ayrshire. I missed it as was in the land of nod 🙂↕️
Breath taking experience 😅🎉🎉
I do my best composting in gutters by accident 😮
May the heavens continue to smile down upon you and Bealtine Cottage, Dear Colette! What a beautiful confirmation of gratitude from the universe on your 20th anniversary. You are making our world a better place! Thank you! ❤
Thank you 🙏
Oh the lights are stunning.
It's mothers day in New Zealand. Happy Mother's Day to all you mums out there.
Mothers represent the glue that holds society together.
Where would civilisation be without them?
The lights were stunning. I hope to see them in person one day.
The photos you got of the lights is incredible!! What a beautiful gift. They were seen in northern california, but I didn't see them. I am going to try tonight. Have a blessed day ❤
Thank you so much for sharing your garden and the Northern Lights with us. I actually started to cry when I saw them even though I grew up with them in Northern Canada and had the priveledge of seeing them many times when my boys and I lived in Northern Saskatchewan for two years. The Native American Indians that live in Northern Saskatchewan believe that if you whistle, the northern lights come down closer to the earth...lo and behold when the boys and I tried it..they did indeed seem to dance closer to the earth...an etheral event no matter how many times you see them...and for them to be over Ireland and the British Isles where I was born (S.Wales) is just amazing. Lots of photos of this glorious event on social media today. Glad you enjoyed your series...
I'll have to try to find that show. Cadfael with Derek Jacobi is my favorite series(and the books) of all time.
We had the Southern lights also, tonight in Dunedin New Zealand. Truly magical, the first time I've seen it.
I love bbc old shows an i end up crying there productions where so great i end up so sad when when they end after i watched for days.
only one word dear Colette...........................MAGICAL............................Blessings and Greetings to you and a big hug for Patsy.........Daggy,Kiel,Germany☘☘☘
Thank you for your beautiful words!
You go Girl!!!! Watch your shows and have a Time❤❤❤❤
🎉🎉🎉 balance in everything!
Hello Colette. We were told the sky may be illuminated last evening over New Hampshire, but I will need to wait to see if our local news station filmed it. There was some cloud cover. A beautiful sight for sure, but the reason of its appearance could cause issues with the grid. You and I can live off grid, but so many are dependent for medical reasons and such. These times can certainly be a marvel to behold. I'm glad that you are nestled into your woodland home as we are. We did have a spectacular lightning storm recently that blew up one of our biggest
🌲Hemlocks in the back woodlot. I was alone and heard a " CLICK!" ,
immediately followed by a deafening BOOM! 💥 that shook the house. Mother Nature is mighty!
My Daughter took lots of beautiful pictures in the dark Through the lens it was spectacular in Wales ! 💙💜💙💜💙🙌🤗
My other daughter has a 🦊 too 🥰😘🤗playing in her garden while she’s in Milan with a friend for 4days! 🦊🤣
Colette your camera captured the sky like nobody else. Thanks always for your sharing. What amazing times hey.🔥
Indeed...we are living through a state of extremes with little in between I feel!
Oh WOW Colette. That was truly Amazing & Magical 👌. So Beautiful. Thank You for sharing with us All. P.S. I Really Love it when you laugh. When you do, I do too😂, & it's not very often that I laugh out loud these days. Thank You! Blessings to You and Patsy.☘❤
How magical 😯 BBe xx
How magical for you💐and yes time…I have done the same recently, it goes to fast these days🙏🏻💞😘
Yes it does!
I remember years ago when you called yourself a “Halloween Housekeeper!” That made me chuckle and has stuck with me! Now, if I see a cobweb inside, I just think, “Eh! No biggie! I’m a Halloween Housekeeper!”
lol…love it. My new “title.”
Thank you for sharing how you perceived the lights from your corner of the world. I can’t believe living in a city in New Zealand, I got to see the aurora australis last night. Just incredible. 😊
So amazing!! What a treat!!
Wow, amazing aurora, so happy for you
Thank you 🤗
What a wonderful video! Your photos of the Northern Lights are just beautiful! The purple colors are so beautiful. And the fox -- it seems like a terrific compliment to you that he visits your home on his rounds. I want to watch this video again and again. It touched my heart.
God is so good He blessed you with that beautiful show of nature...blessings❤😊
How fab to see the sky smile down on you like that. Epic 💚
Ooo heavenly 😍 🙏❤❤❤❤❤
Synchronicity and Magick! There are no coincidences. And the fox was a bonus too 😊❤! To see the northern lights one day is on the top of my own bucket list. You are so lucky it came to visit you in your own backyard! I am sure the
fae enjoyed the sight as well! Thanks for sharing this beautiful sight with us.
Northern Lights AND a Fox! Thanks for sharing this wonderful experience!
Awesome! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful night sky with us and all the magic that happens at Bealtaine daily (and nightly).
Glad you enjoyed it!
Binge-watch indulgence, the marking of time, housekeeping secrets, gutter gardens, night sky = abundance of life. My brother finally cleared the gutters on his barn. He harvested and planted several pine trees. Procrastination sometimes works. 🥰
Bravo the Bro! I admire a man who plants trees!
Hi Ms. Collet, I have been watching your channel for about 6 years now. You and Tasha Tudor inspired me to move to the countryside from the city and live a simple life with the nature. It's veen 3 years now since we(I and my family) moved to the countryside and that was the best decision we've made. The Northern Lights looked like the gracious shower on to the Bealtaine Cottage. Than you for the wonderful video and books.
I am delighted that Bealtaine cottage so inspired you to create something special in your own life.
Blessings for all your work both now and in the future.
There are a total of 7 solar storms on the way so you should see the aurora for a few days or more.
I loved I Claudius...saw it across the pond here on PBS back in the 70's. I'll have to rewatch it now. 🌝
Thanks 🙏 for the info!
The northern lights blessed many people with their beautiful appearance last night. Many areas in the USA got to view them as well. How awesome they showed up at Bealtamine Cottage. So excited to see the fox!! Everyone & everything loves your beautiful woodlands!! Blessings.,🌹🌻🌷
The Northern lights were everywhere it seems! How beautiful and a gift from Mother Nature.
I remember I Claudius as well. 😊 I like seeing Mr Fox running around. Thanks for sharing Collette, you and Patsy have a great weekend. 🌞🌼🌸
Colette, I love that you, much like myself, can still feel the wonderment. It can make me most giddy inside. Last nights lights, your fox, all magical. I too was out to see the lights. The evening was pure and other worldly. Hugs to you and Patsy. 💚
Northern light is amazing. One never tires of watching it. Here in the Arctic we see it between August and April. The rest of the year it is too light this far north (we have midnight sun) We heard it was visible in many places were you normally do not see it. We call it guovsahas in North Sami and it is believed it is the souls of the ancestors, therefore one must, we say, always behave with respect while it is visible in the sky...it could be a bad omen some believed in the old days and people who did not behave as the should while the light was visible could be abducted into it...
So interesting 🧐 thank you 🙏
@@bealtainecottage You are welcome.
I know the feeling, thx for update. Also love BBC
It really did feel like a portal. Up overhead the light streaming out of a point in waves of purple white and green. I could not believe how intense it was. I thought I might catch a glimpse sometime in my lifetime but I couldn’t have dreamed that.
Hi Colette, Sadly, I am also old enough to remember I, Claudius, with Derek Jacobi the first time round as well!! I was 19!!! The Aurora Borealis looks to have been absolutely spectacular and I am not surprised it happened right over your head as Bealtaine is probably the most attuned place on Earth to the Goddess and the beauty that is nature lived in harmony with the Earth. You and Patsy were very blessed. Bright blessings to you and the adorable Patsy who loves the Sun.
You're aging backwards
I remember that series, it was very interesting. I remember John Hurt....urrrrr😮.
Your life is interesting. We love the world you experience and show us, you are very special. Thank you x.
Mother nature has certainly shone down on you and what youve done these past 20 years creating an eden thank you for sharing yourjourney xxx❤
Good day Collette, 20 years is not a long time here on Earth, and if you could create such abundance in that time shows how our Mother heals and gives thanks back. 🥰 The aurora was so magical !
Absolutely 👍
Thanks for showing us the lights!!Beautiful
Your beautiful contribution to nature on the planet earth. Gifted you with a display of Cosmic Lights in Thanks, on the Anniversary, with Love. As do we All.
I am a fan of Sir David. My favorite is the Cadfael series. I bought the series and also the I, Claudius series. He is a great actor because he is able to portray any type of character and/or situation. Very rare in today's times.
Derek Jacobi was wonderful in that series too!
Colette the Northern lights beautiful love your garden xx
The Northern lights beautiful love your garden and home xx
In my next life I want to come back as Patsy 😅
Good for you - you deserve a break. Patsy adorable. Stunning skyline. Sounds in background so soothing. Thank you for sharing. Blessings galore.
Yes, I think you did hit the lottery! What a beautiful special evening indeed. Thank you for sharing. ❤
I think so too!
Haven't watched you in a while. But I felt in the two recent videos I saw this evening, that you have a lighter, softer, and more easy-going style here. I like it. I've resubscribed.
Welcome back!
WOW...
A big sun storm was responsible for this wonderfull 'event' in the atmosphere of planet earth. That's what I heard.
I heard the same!
Thanks for sharing and looks good.❤
The wild amount of solar flare activity is keeping us at night! Especially up in the northern reaches :-) The Lights were spectacular, better than anything I saw in the clear winter Scottish skies and in May, no less! Chichester even had a display. I'll have to check out I Claudius, ta!
Oh I loved I, Claudius, and the actors were so good, it really still stands the test of time
The fae dancing underneath 🧚♀️ 💫
The majestic and unimaginably magnificent experiences that are happening because of our Universe and the sun storms are so incredibly powerful and breathtakingly awesome.
Thanks Collette for sharing your photos of the northern lights/Aurora Boreal storms.
20 years of experience in this process of creating a sanctuary for yourself and the animals that have made this woodland garden their home.
This woodland garden is designed and nurtured by your gift of love and hard work with your own wisdom and creativity. Thanks for sharing your life with us all.
Congratulations ❤🐕🕊🐸🦆🐦🐦⬛🦋🐌🐝🕸🕷🌹🪷🌱🌳🌲🌿🍀🌱🪺💐🐞🦊
Such artistry and the clarity of respect for all that exists with love is always present in your life. The fox is a great blessing for the celebration 🎉 ❤
Beautifully said🌌💚🌳💚xx
Thanks 🙏 Parry. I love my work and my life here ❤️
@@bealtainecottage
It is very obvious that you are living with love for life and your own personal feelings of what is possible and how to be present with kindness and compassion for the environment and the magnificence of our planet. Thanks again Collette for sharing your time and your expertise in this process of sharing and teaching us the gift of love
according to some of the astro physicists it's a 3 night event... Massive solar flare
Ah voilà ; massive?😮
How funny Collette I watched I Claudius About 6 months ago for the first time. John Hurt 😮 ……. Excellent production all round.
So beautiful
Was it truly that long ago? I don't want to count...I've never forgotten I, Claudius from it's 1st showing here in Australia. I've even got the tab open on my computer to re-watch it, from some months ago, waiting for when I can put focussed attention on it again. Not sure I can get the space for binge-watching though! (I was lucky to see (with my mum) Derek Jacobi doing Hamlet here a few years after.) And my daughter and I were out last night catching the Aurora Australis over our house in the outer suburbs, some light pollution but still saw it through the phone camera. Seems a small world! But so precious and rich.
I have to periodically clean out my gutters and it requires a blind reach over my head because my ladder isn't tall enough. I also have 3-4 ft rat snakes living in my yard (welcome) and occasionally they are in the gutter or downspouts. So far neither of us have had heart failure when surprising each other but it definitely gets my heart rate up. Hoping to see the northern lights tonight.
Serpent ratier? Brrrrr quel courage d’y aller nettoyer quand même !
You are a mighty woman! Keep going!
First, I love your new hair!..and, What great shots you got of the Aurora Borealis - it is a spectacular event and you are lucky to have gotten a view from your own home! Maybe it is your new camera, but your photos of flowers and landscape were especially bright and beautiful!
Thank you so much! ☺️
All wonderful things…
Magic is within and all around us, including love. Sometimes it takes looking to the so-called ‘weeds’ to find that magic and love, but it’s there. Keep seeking it. Good reminders for me. Hope you have another fantastic night, Colette
Well said!
@@bealtainecottage p.s. I’ve not seen I, Claudius yet. Thanks for the recommendation
These wildlife cameras are real cool. You will have a lot of fun with it.
I try my best to keep up with technology in order to capture the best of nature at all times!
Much love! 💜
We missed the aurora! Apparently we were too far south. I was a bit sad about it till I realized I was complaining about having a clear night and a beautiful starry sky. 😆
A RUclips channel titled; the real BPEarthwatch tracks what happens on the sun. This past week seven possibly 8 now, earth facing huge solar flares came off the sun at an unbelievable speed which could have caused havoc on this planet. Thankfully Creator designed a protective barrier over our planet to bounce those geo-magnetic waves from hitting us full force. You were blessed to see and record the beautiful result that we here in Alaska get the opportunity every winter to see - the Aurora Borealis or Northen Lights.
I am all about our precious Mother Earth. We need to protect her at all costs. She is our past, our present, and our future.
Those "northern lights" looked beautiful. But are they really The Northern Lights, or is this something caused by HAARP??
Serious question... More research needs to be done about what's really going on.
And, of course, your genuinely kind and considerate replies are welcome.
The Northern Lights were spectacular to see and witness above my cottage. I leave it at that.
Oh my goodness, I don't doubt that for one second. Gorgeous colors in the sky are always spectacular! And, to know that it was during Bealtaine, your cottage namesake.
It makes we worry for Mother Earth, just as all this consumerism throw away society, and monoculture around the world worries me. You know, I will not dwell on it. I will, however, bring to the peoples minds for thought about how we should better care for her.
Blessings
Oh my gosh! Those views are all from your house?! That’s amazing!!!!! ❤❤❤
Magic🎉
Spectacular! I’m hoping to see this in southern Canada. I’ve been reading about the sun and it’s “turning.”-rotation.” The result will be more sightings of Aurora Borealis in more southern regions. The images of our sun are truly amazing and stunning. I remember watching I Claudius with my dad and he thought it was the best historical series ever made. Have a wee nap today in a sunbeam with patsy!
I am so happy for you Colette! Why am I not surprised that you would have the lights shining down on your beautiful home there. I must have ran outside 5 or 6 times camera in hand to see something and all I saw was dark skies. I am in Upstate NY . I bet it was magical, and that fox walks around like he/she has found paradise. Blessings as always
Maybe tonight...?
blessed be Colette and Patsy the northern lights are still going tonite and tomorrow too level 9 solar storms ...i saw the northern lights in oklahoma last night too..overgrow overshare overcare overseed everywhere worldwide ...be aware everyone cheers all
Amazing to see! Hopefully will see more tonight!
@@bealtainecottage as do i blessed be have a great day Colette
Beautiful video Collete , I missed the borealis last night, apparently you could see it in most places in UK, but it is supposed to be repeated tonight, so I'll be out there hopefully looking skyward, I would love to get a field cam in my garden, we have loads of foxes and at the moment there is a little cheeky cub, who seems to be a trial to his mum, who chases him round the garden, you can have a great time being solitary, thanks Collete. xxx
I love the house spiders 🥰🕸️🕷️
We're going out tonight to look for the lights 👀
Oh my mother ( I miss her so much 😢)loved I Claudius ❤ I grew up on PBS . Thank you for the stirring of memories 😊 take care ❤
Vous habiter dans un lieu magique et vous nous apporter une paix profonde et réconfortante. Il est probable que vous soyez entourée de créatures Divines qui partagent votre vie. Merci de nous faire vivre tous ces moments. Bien à vous Madame Colette.
I am not at all surprised to hear (and see, thank you!) that there was Magic happening at Bealtaine Cottage! Nor am I surprised that Mother Earth and the Universe would conspire to make it happen on the 20th anniversary of your beautiful co-created sanctuary! "I, Clavdius!" ! It's been years since I watched it! There was no need for confessions, my friend! Who would have resisted? I think it must have been another conspired gift for you!!
That's my excuse now...and I'm sticking to it!
Hoping to see them tonight, I knew nothing about them last night and slept through it. Would love to see them xxx
I think that you are one of the luckiest girls in the world to be able to experience the evolving beauty of your gardens and the magic happenings in the sky. I can only hope to experience a fraction of your experiences. Thanks for sharing.
It was and remains hard physical work, but I love every minute of it!
Wow! You truly live in a cosmic paradise. Your corner of the world is simply stunning!
