Looks Tasty. I put them in the Oven straight from the Pack at 200C for 17 mins, flip them over and reduce heat to 160C for another 17 mins and they come out Perfect 👌
I do something similar, except that I cook them in the oven at 180c for about 25 mins. I sometime make up this thing with breadcrumbs, paprika, mixed herbs, chives and onion, and toss the meat in it. Lovely with spuds and veg

@@sjli7078 Thank you! I’m gonna try this for my Pad Prik King recipe. I always thought you had to boil first for at least 20 minutes to keep it tender. Do you think boiling it before frying would make any difference?
@@blove2719 No pls don't do that🤔what I’ve found is it's very easy to be overcooked after you boil it first😓then the meat will be very dry lost juicy and its tenderness
@@alimantado373 I’m from Asia too, could never only season something with salt and pepper. My go to marinade for pork belly is an onion, tomato , garlic & red chillies blended into a paste, I’ll let chicken/pork sit in that marinade for a day, tastes phenomenal

Nice video, very easy to follow your instructions.I like how you did not waste a lot of our time asking us to like or subscribe.Kind of funny because I watched other famous chefs take hours to cook pork belly but yours looks better and is ready in next to no time.I will cook this soon.
5 spice is a bit better than Maggi cubes IMO a recipe for over salted Pork, but nice simple recipe and looks delicious PS: My volume is on maximum and your voice is a whisper
We marinate chicken thighs, chicken breast pounded evenly, pork chops, T-bone, porterhouse, beef steak really any meat with any seasoning profile. Cook in the Air Fryer 6-8 minutes per side at 380-400. They will turn out perfect the trick is all pieces the same thickness to cook evenly. Then we take any root vegetable you like sweet potato, carrots, beets, butternut squash, regular potato, any thing you like. So again cut them evenly chunks, rings, slices ect. and stir them in bowl of good olive oil then and any spice profile you like and pour them all into air fryer spread them around cook for 15 minutes 380-400 degrees take out stir them around check for doneness put back again 380-400 degrees for 10-20 more minutes the should be perfect. Take these idea and use the in season vegetables from garden or farmer's market and experiment and have FUN!
Thank you for the video. I need to buy smaller slices . My slices are thicker and I tried to cut them smaller but couldn’t. Next tine I’ll try with smaller strips.
Nice recipe- but I never use oil. A well heated cast iron skillet, and it makes its own oil. Be careful of spatters- ouch! I cook them about 6-7 min per side. I season usually with Asian spices, or sometimes salt and pepper and hot Hungarian Paprika. It all depends on what I am serving it with.

Instead of grating the stock cube and run the risk of ripping your skin.. can you use a garlic press?
No absolutely not
Its sold as a powder too.
Can I use this recipe even if I decide to grill the pork belly?
Grilling pork belly sounds like a bad idea, that amount of fat sounds like a grease fire waiting to happen
Yes you can grill it.
I tried frying it and it was so chewy. You need to fry it, then slow cook it in the oven.
What's a seasoned cube?
It’s like all purpose seasoning
5 spice is a bit better than Maggi cubes IMO a recipe for over salted Pork, but nice simple recipe and looks delicious

Thank you! God bless you too 💕
What are Maggie cubes? Is it like cubes of seasoning
Wait...
Did you just say "I'm like a DJ, I flip em over and over again" ??
Well thats a sub lol
How long have you cooked it for ? Xx
The best way to do side pork is on a grill I my opinion but you have to elevate the grate or you will have flare up problems.
Here 👌🏾 ruclips.net/video/xflxHTeqnoU/видео.html
What if I don’t have air fryer how to do on top of stove
You can fry it like I did on this video, or air fry it like this recipe: ruclips.net/video/xflxHTeqnoU/видео.html
Are this beef bullion cubes?
Recipe for the rice please.
Hi! Stumbled onto your channel! I’ve been wanting to try this! How do you clean it?☺️
Sometimes a quick boil or poach helps kick-start the cooking process and eliminates worry of under-cooking.
Put in the oven to kick start and destroy bugs, poaching/boiling can remove some of the flavour
easy and simple recipe, thank you
How long do you cook for on each side?
Tried this and is decent thanks 👍
Hm that looks good i never tried it ima see if i can my mama to try and make it

Looks great, but one question: why add salt to the marinade when Maggi cubes are already loaded to the gunwales with salt?
simple. thanks
You're welcome :-)
Pork belly is basically uncured bacon and it’s delicious any way it’s cooked
Looks lovely.just a quick one I thought we can eat slightly pink pork
Chefs do on the television now, but it's a risk. It's not a risk I'd be willing to take :(
Color doesnt really matter, internal temperature does. So long as pork hits an internal temp of atleast 145 its safe to eat
Unless you have great medical insurance, you’d better fully cook that pork. Exercise common sense!
Looks really delicious and seems pretty easy! Did you marinate it in the fridge or let it sit out at room temperature?
Loving the gloves. 👍

You're right! You don't really need oil.
And if it renders enough fat, I’m thinking gravy with biscuits and fried eggs.
What kind of seasoning cubes are those
Maggie cubes
