Hip Mobility: Knee Pain in the 90/90

Hi I’ve done this stress and didn’t know any methods to bypass (like in the video) so now my inner knees hurt would you know if a way to relieve the pain

I feel pain on the outside of the back knee which then can last for a day or two when walking after doing 9090s
Is this the same issue?
