Red River Métis self-governing treaty ceremony - November 30, 2024

Crown-Indigenous Relations Minister Gary Anandasangaree and Manitoba Métis Federation President David Chartrand participate in a signing ceremony in Winnipeg for the Red River Métis Self-Government Recognition and Implementation Treaty.
