This helps me understand Flager Beach a little better. I am an author and thought about a story about a family distressed after Hurricane Nicole. The man in the family leaves for greener grass. The woman, with a 12-year-old son and a 13-year-old daughter. Trying to make ends meet and stay there. They get help from The Salty Church and many retired neighbors.
