I just want to clarify. Guga is a master in terms of meat and beef and steak. So his knowledge in meat cookery is top notch and his burger and chef is good that even veteran chefs have praised his cooking technique and flavour. His burger is not healthy but it's tasty because of the fat. You may think the American cheese will be bad because it's fake chef but even pro chef has said for a cheeseburger. The original true experience to eat it is using American processed cheese like in the video. And there is not vegetables because it's a classic cheeseburger which originally will only have bun, beef patty and cheese. Smash style burgers also uses a technique where you press on it to make it. It's a technique that requires pressing and it won't lose the juiciness and feel dry unlike a fast food burger. Also, he applied the sauce on the bottom and top of the bun so there is enough sauce on it. He said the burger is the best burger he made for a classic cheeseburger because it's juicy and the sauce pairs with it. Not because it balances with vegetables and have the perfect combination. So I hope you don't see these kind of youtubers as a gimmick that only knows how to make food look good but actually is good at making good food. It may not be healthy but the food is delicious that even professional chefs agree that it taste good
