You dine a good job installing the the heater. The only thing I wish you have done was on the snap lock pipe the seam should have been facing up. 👍

I recently installed one of these in my shop as well. Mine is a two stage tube heater. What is your experience in bringing up the shop 10 degrees on any given morning….say at 30 degree outside temps. Starting at 50 inside temp, Mine seems to go up at a pace of 5 degrees per hour, hits about 65, and then “limps” all day to try to reach 70. Nice heat, but thought it would be quicker. Also, how do you run yours in the barn? Thanks! Dave

Hi Dave, In short, I love this heating system. I usually run it at about 55 max and set it to 38 when I leave for the night. Mine reaches the set temp fairly quickly and seems to maintain it with ease during the day. You are right - it is nice heat. Peter

Uninstalled the price is around CDN$1600 to $1700 depending on length of run and various add ons.

Hello Peter. I don't think you could have paid someone to do a better job than you did on this installation. I do have a question for you: Do the exhaust and the cold air intake need to have screens on them to prevent birds or bugs from entering those points? Have good days!

Thanks buddy and good question as usual. The exhaust has a screen in it - I should have shown that in the video. The cold air intake does not have one for the time being - my plan is to get to that in the coming week.
