Love the look! It’s a every day fresh soft makeup look! Which is my go to. Let’s be honest. I think you just don’t like the DM palette. Nothing wrong with that. If it’s not for you, it’s not for you. You don’t have to force it on yourself because everybody else enjoys it. It’s all good Blair!

I have the Grounwork I and II and I love them. I smell a vague plasticine odour but it doesn’t bother me.
Just smelled my groundwork palette, I get the smell you described. So I don’t think you got a bad one.
Beautiful final look Blair.🤩I was tempted briefly by the DM palette when it released, but I personally have a mental block purchasing a palette like this for the price when it is made in China. In fact, if it were made in a European country or the US, I would be willing to pay more than the $65 that this is priced at🤷🏻♀️
I love your channel and am so happy that I just found you a couple of weeks ago. There are so many videos left for me to watch! I'm glad to see this, I had a basket of blush in my Sephora cart just now, then went upstairs, went thru my blush drawer and decided I need none of them! I have so many I haven't visited in forever! Great series
I only use the DM Ground works palette for my brows. I hate it for everything else lol. I don't even use it for my brows often bc of the space it takes up in my everyday makeup drawer vs just my brow pencil and gel.
Use a piece of tape if you get the hard pan, that usually works.

you can use scotch tape on your hardpans instead of scraping, it takes off this messed up thin top layer instantly (I’m cringing at myself being in every comments section like a scotch tape evangelist, but it’s really the best way to deal with hardpans and I can’t keep it to myself))

My office needs a good cleaning, I'm an online teacher. I'm thinking about reorganizing my makeup by category, like you do. I've tried keeping the brands together, but my drawers are getting very crowded. It's a hassle to want a bronzer, and they're spread amongst several different drawers. I really think you're onto something. Then, I'm going to make a conscious effort to use all the makeup I have. You're such an inspiration.
Just watched a short with CT Bella Sofia and it was such a good reminder.. there are so many stunning and reliable products in my stash that are neglected. I really want to deep dive into this series - hopefully brands won't release nothing interesting for another 5 years so i get to it😂
I did notice the unpleasant smell of the Groundwork palette, however I don’t notice it at all when it’s on my face and I absolutely love the finish of the pomades especially on my mature skin. I’ve noticed that many powder shadows can read as dry on my oily lids. I need to play with the pinker palette more. The pomades in it feel a bit drier. I love your final look and think that you might have liked the brows better using the powder?

I have the Kulfi Concealer in Coco Crush and I love it. It’s a light peachy shade perfect for light light/medium skin tones.

I've been mixing my ND hyglam concealer (which is a little drying under my eyes with tower 28 concealer (this one is a little too hydrating for me) and it has been the perfect combo! Definitely agree with trying to mix things you dont love just by themselves.

I bought into the hype of PML foundation and its so yellow on me, as I am neutral tone. How to fix it? I really want to love it as its so expensive lol
Hi, 👋 I have the same issue so got the blue elf colour corrector (£4) and use a little bit of that mixed in and it works wonders-only need a small amount so it doesn’t mess with the formula. I also use it in my Nars etc. hope that helps

The look all came together Beautifully. I dont know, I am not attracted to DM pallette. Looks like something i saw in a Woolworth bin when I was young. Just looks cheap and unappealing to me.🤷♀️
