Thank you so much for sharing this! So much wisdom in such a short video! Many thanks @Allen Holub !
My only comment is towards delivery cadence. This can vary alot - I understood the point that we need to shorten the feedback loop as much as possible - but hinting minutes/hours may raise unrealistic expectations in some cases

After some time I really think the process of estimating is not about the estimation. It's about making sure that everybody in the team knows what the story is about and understands the work involved.

I think Dave Farley and Jez Humble nailed it in their book "Continuous Delivery".
"Done means released: There is no “80% done.” Things are either done, or they are not. It is possible to estimate the work remaining before something is done-but those will only ever be estimates. Using an estimate to determine the total amount of remaining work leads to recriminations and finger-pointing when those quoting the percentage turn out, as they invariably do, to be wrong."

Allen talking about "if you want agility, make your own company" around 11:00 is definitely naive. Most programmers, including me, lack the enterprenial skills and nature to build their own company. Even finding a problem that could be solved is extra tricky in a culture where everyone and their grandma is running their own companies. And if I make a company, I would have to stop programming to focus on marketing and sales. And I don't need my own company if I wanted to do that.
