I don't know if you feel the same, but often I realize this is even harder for men, because we can't assume that we feel lonely, for we are supposed to always be tough and strong. I just wrote the topic on RUclips, so I could watch some videos related, and it's quite hard to find men approaching this topic, this is one of a few videos where a man speaks out - it gets even lonelier to believe you are the only man having these unpleasant feelings -; that was good to watch, thanks for recording it.
