Absolutely fantastic job - never would have thought it could look so good. Glad to see you raked and prepped the lawn soil so well and got all the roots and bricks out. That's professionalism - some others may have just flattened it and put the turf on top of the rubbish.
😧 *Wow! I expected at least one couch and a few missing bodies to turn up in that 7 foot high pile of overgrowth. Lol 😄 Excellent job, guys!! You just increased that property value immensely, and made all their neighbors jealous.* ☺👍
Hi Eric, I wish you could post more videos. I appreciate that it takes time to edit & post videos of your work on to RUclips. You really do have a excellent RUclips channel that shows top quality workmanship. Kind regards, Chris the Englishman in Northamptonshire.
That was some job! Made me laugh when you got stuck in with the dumper, not knowing if you'd disappear down a big hole. You seem like two very jolly and honest hard workers with a lovely attitude. Job well done
I wish Eric could work on my yard but I live in Colorado. I'm glad though that I got to see him and his assistant Ryan tame that wild piece of land! It must be fun to use the excavator. A bit scary in that jungle though!
Thank you! I’m putting one in a back patio that’s 13X5 for the next couple of weeks.💪🏻😂👍🏻❤️ Plus vertical ones and planter-boxes. Loved the video! Great job.
Great job and a great guy! A few kind words to his colleague, chatting with the client, even acknowledging the dog, these are nice personal quality that shine through! Skilled operator too 😎
Ryan is gorgeous ❤️❤️❤️ , am gobsmacked , the garden is amazing , A superb blank canvas. Well done guys amazing job, Lovely to see jolly blokes who love their jobs and it shows 👍👍👍
wow what a job youse have done on that on that. just looking up some stuff on RUclips and have now subscribed to your channel. keep they great videos coming
At the beginning....WTF! Surprised an Amazon tribe didn't up and leave from in there. Great work by the two guys.....they definitely earn their bacon and appear to do business in a way that it should be done. Its also great that the boss does praise his worker, I can imagine he's good to work for; not only giving credit but actually teaching new skills. Bravo all round!
I can't believe the vitriol being spewed out below. I think the guys did a great job from what they were faced with at the beginning. Also, I think Julie had a bit of a moisty for Ryan too, working away there, sans shirt;)
eric sounds like a scouser...money well spent and a lot of hard work went into it..... the chinese lady can break it up with borders and features now at her leisure.
From a dschungle to a green desert. I don't knew, what i like more. I think it was a hard job to remove all the plants. You've done this verry good. I missing some flowers.
@@ericbarker3351 I've got that with my dad. He would drive us around when we were kids with all the windows rolled down on the freeway, music blasting, LA traffic, and he'd be having a full on one-sided conversation. My brothers and I would look at eachother. Smile and nod. Just smile and nod.
Ox team : excavator :: carpenter's hand saw : [pruning saw/reciprocating saw/chainsaw...] Super fun to watch the transformation! Just felt bad for the guy with the wrong saw. I've been there myself, lol.
Cleared well, don't mind the fence, soil levelling could have been done with rake down and just reverse back and forth, the lawn sloping up the fence .... thought it was going to be a flower bed. I so wanted to see that level. Landscape design credentials?
Mr Barker did some work for my late grandma a few years ago. A real gentleman and always happy to help. I hope he continues his success.
Thank you Mr. V

Eric Barker hello. My garden is twice as big and twice as bad, could you please give me a quote? It’s in Canterbury.
@@Probity100 Oh dear ! I would love too, but would it be economically viable ?
Very Nice job !!!!!!!!!!!! The dog liked it too lol
I love the bucket rake.. fantastic idea.
Love how the doggy keeps making an appearance. Love the transformation!

Great work, would have liked to go in with my stump grinder and helped you with the stumps. Really good transformation 👍
Enjoyed this so much. That bucket rake attachment is a cracking invention.
I did make it myself, cost about £100 and half days work.
I love that machine! What a great job!!!
Absolutely Beautiful ~ Wish your team was here in the States!!
Watched it again, as it popped up in "suggestions ", doubly enjoyable! Actually amazing!
he seems like a top bloke, nice to see people working and are pretty much just excited for the end product :D
Blimey I bet the neighbours were happy to see that go
Yea😂
Doggy loves it too!

Eric you are a legend. I have now watched all of your videos and will be watching them all over again as I find it very therapeutic watching them.

Privic Chaps how did it go? finished yet?!
Legend has it hes still doing his garden
I think the little dog is the most ecstatic to have an actual play area.
Love the rake ive got a beam for mine now im gona have to make a rake to
Really good job clearing the lot.
Seen two things never seen before. An Asian with a strong accent and a bucket rake! Great job and great video!
Fantastic job!
Absolutely delightful.
Wow Boris . Dude you got it going good... 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
I thought you carried out an amazing job, what a transformation!
Bet Julie didn’t give the previous tenants their deposit back.
Did you see what it looked like when he started? 1000 percent improvement...
Those damn Brits really do have a green thumb!
You couldn't miss it at the beginning
I know right just clearing the weeds alone made it so much better haha
@@killaz123456789100 those were more than weeds. it was a mini rainforest!
Wow! well, that's definitely easier to maintain. Good you used the digger, the noise must have scared many creatures away!
Eric you are a funny guy, keep on posting them
Neil Riordan Thanks Neil, great to be appreciated. I guess that it's people like you, who give me strength to carry on. Thanks and kind regards, Eric.
Ahh, interesting little surprise to find out this is in my homecity
Great video W O W everything looks great
Great work Sir
amazing job well done!! liked and subscribed 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks Dan.
Nice job 😉 I would have made the slope part a flower garden, but, it's not mine.
I would have too, but not what the client wanted. they have the last word !
That looks amazing now!! Was a complete jungle before! lol
Great job great attitude
Great job!!!!!!
Nice solution. Also, they can edge the RHS and put a flower bed there in the future.
Wowlook at all the roots. What a massive job. The yard looks higher than the neighbors yard. Maybe more soil needs to be removed. Wow
This guy is a MAD SCIENTIST behind the wheel ... but I would still like to see Andrew Camarata operate that excavator !!!
tonybrooms should have gone at it will petrol trimmer and then set it all alite
AC would immediately fix the wobble on that excavator bucket and take the weed down to foot level with his ATV.
nice job what a difference, that's hard work
Sorry Peter, didn't realize it was being drowned out !
Very impressed with that beautiful job...

Great job!
Great job gentlemen
What a nice guy
Couple of questions (1) How does it go in thick clay? (2) How long does it take to get the hang of the controls?

They can plant flowers on the right hand side bank.
Good job they never let Clarkson , Hamster or May loose with one of these. They would have taken the neighbour's house with it!
Wow! What a great job! Thought for sure you'd find Jimmy Hoffa in there somewhere.
What a beautiful lawn the dog now has.
@Styx62 Ga Yes and on here too !
Good Job
I like how he's got the excavator roaring while he's trying to talk to his buddy and his buddy is just like "mhm. Yep."

i am not sure about the raised side? The fence will rot and it will collapse.
