- Since TX2k, our media guys have been working on a video documentary that clocks in at an impressive 30+ minutes, outlining the world's first 6 second GTR quarter mile pass. This video of our week in Texas documents our trials and tribulations with Alpha G as we battled our way to a 6.93 second quarter mile pass, becoming the current quickest AWD vehicle in the world.

It touches me how the rival shops all ran in to help after the fire. You know that the dude whose car got caught on fire is your rival to your dream, yet you lend lights, parts and a place to them, knowing you might just hand them your own dream you worked for years to chase. Car guys are crazy, and the amount of respect is insane here. One day my GT-R will be powered by your parts... :)

Awesome documentary. Honestly, I didn't realize the sleepless nights and hardship. Makes watching a 3 minute record setting video much much more appreciated for the sacrifice, dedication, and love. Congrats again!

Knowing what we know now about AMS… it’s wild and waaay more emotional to watch this. There’s a huge jump in perspective and overall respect that is given just by watching this video.
Not sure quite how or why but it hits a deeper appreciation in all of us that enjoy this pursuit specifically on the platform that is the R35 GTR. Nothing is perfect and we all know the “Tiered” issues that get presented as you step those tiers in power with the platform overall.

Amazing video. Amazing build. Amazing accomplishment. I still get goosebumps each time I see that time pop up. Congrats guys on all the hard work. I knew about engine build the night before but had no idea about the fire before that. Can't believe with everything that happened that week you were still able to get to the 6s. That's incredible! How does that car pass tech? That looks like an 8.50 rollcage at best by NHRA standards. The Advanced ET SFI spec requires a funny car style cage, etc. I don't even see a window net.
