Constitution says arms, not firearms, to mean not limited. No knife laws. On slap jack laws. No baseball bat laws. No tank laws...
@@nickabel8279 I actually got cited and a 300 dollar fine for carring a pocket knife without a ccw in greensburg pa. You need a permit to conceal any weapon
this is something I was confused about, like if you go to pa right, for recreation, just traveling there,
If you do not have a license to cc, but it is legally your tool an you do not have any restrictions,
If you have said hand tool unloaded in a lock box, and in a trunk, (so it isn't within reach)
with ammunition separate, in a separate box, locked,
is it legal?
Cause the way much of the info out there is worded, it would make you believe it isn't, but it isn't outright said, well not anywhere i could find, & some other info could lead you to believe it is,
An some may wonder why anyone would want to do that,
Well if you live in a bad area, an you are traveling a lot, you may not want to leave your stuff home unattended, especially considering how expensive they are and also most importantly because you wouldn't ever want your stuff falling into the wrong hands.
If your current CCW license has reciprocity with the state you're traveling to, you may legally carry in that state. As long as you follow the new state's laws, as well
I'm In Jersey near the Penn border close to Philadelphia. I have a Jersey ccw which qualifies me for a Pennsylvania CCW. In Penn the permits are issued by the county and I for the life of me cannot find a county that issues to non residents. Anyone have any idea of k ow which counties issue? Thanks
Sorry, my county states you need to be a resident of the county
Love this
How do I open carry my legal firearm from Va to pa I have no ccwl please help
you would need a concealed carry license in order to lawfully cary your fun in a state that you do not reside in

Can you carry a handgun while hunting in PA?
From what we can find- it depends on what time of year it is and what you're hunting
“A mechanic.” 😂👍
So it's illegal to carry armor piercing rounds when committing a crime but I guess FMJ or hollow points are okay.
Can out state persons open carry in pa
depends what state you reside in
ty ladies
So you can open carry in several places but you can’t take the gun in a vehicle. I’m unclear about this part
You can if you have your license to carry and conceal if you don’t you have to unload it and keep the ammunition separate from the gun in two different locations in the vehicle
Wait, armor piercing rounds are only prohibited when commiting a crime? I live in PA, and that law just made me laugh my ass off. Lol.
You'd think it's common sense right 💀
As a native northwest Pennsylvanian, I appreciate the jokes. But the one that takes the cake for me is the Amish with his hand in the horse's mouth. 😂😂😂
hahaha glad you enjoy 😂
I have a question I'm renewing my ccw for the first time, I'm currently unemployed will that hurt me for getting my permit renewed?
shouldn't make a difference. But most of the time when a permit is rejected, they don't tell you why unless you directly contact, so keep that in mind!
@@ConcealedCoalition Thank You for your response. I already called the sheriff's office, which I didn't want to, those people can be jerks there, but the nice lady on the phone said that's not a problem but who knows, Monroe County Pa.
@@MAXIMA347 no problem, glad you were able to get in contact with your local authority! Crossing our fingers for you 🤞
@@ConcealedCoalition Update everything went fine smooth and clear.
@@MAXIMA347 woohoo, glad to hear it!
PA is a joke, they denied me my conceal carry even though there’s no reason to. I have yet to appeal, I’m gonna have to do that.
did you appeal yet? i just got mine revoked
@@FreshhCutz really? No I haven’t. Tbh I carry whenever I want to carry, I live in the middle of nowhere, nobody ever questions it. Even the cops I talked to about it couldn’t care less if I carry. It helps to live in a small town where the cops are the same ones who used to keep you in line as a kid, and everyone knows each other and their families.
@@chincemagnet nice brother stay safe.
The Sheriff of the county that denied must provide a reason. Typically a criminal conviction or domestic violence PO are disqualifiers.
Hey I was wondering if my mother could buy me a pistol in pa I’m only 19
Meanwhile the majority of States passed permit less Constitutional Carry in some form. Recently SC,,Nebraska,, and my state Florida went permit less Constitutional Carry. PA keep voting blue.
I feel like it’s incredibly red… with some blue spots in dense areas. Kinda sucks
All this is about to chang, they have a bill in the state house that reads all ammo by January 4th 2024 must have serial numbers on both the bullet and casing, and must be a different number with every box sold. All ammo that you have in possession now must be used or destroyed by the new law date.
This is just a bill. So if you live in Pennsylvania. Bett talk to your local rep. To keep your gun rights before anything like this ever happeneds.
That's rediculas and I will surely do that
It will never pass the senate. I doubt it will even pass the house.
If you’re going to carry your pistols get your license to carry and conceal
NOTHING BETTER THAN TWO GOOD LOOKING WOMEN TALKING BOUR OUR RIGHTS TO HAVE FREEDOM SEED DISPENSERS. Act accprdingly

We aren't perfect unfortunately 🙃
The once strong 2a laws in pa have been heavily castrated
This is a great video I hope it's still valid for 2024 LOL
Constitutional carry is legal in Pa as long as it is OPENLY carried. To open carry in this State you do not need any permits (unless in a vehicle) or even the carrying of ID. The concealed carry permit is for carrying concealed ( Philly is the only exception to this) and or while in a vehicle even if open carried. Took your channel .43 seconds to allow me to decide this channel is a no go for me.
Concealed carry with a permit is legal state wide in Pa. Even in Philadelphia
How do I open carry my firearm in pa when I’m transporting it from Va to pa ? Please help
I believe Pittsburgh is the same way because it’s a metropolitan area
@@edyacheraii4279Negative, you can open carry anywhere in the State without a CCW except in ONLY Philly.
How can you possess a hand gun in PA. IF YOUR 18.
YOU CANNOT OWN A HANDGUN UNTILL YOUR 21.
You can’t legally buy one but you can have it gifted to you from a parent over 21 and you need to pass the background check to legally own it
You really should read the full PA title 18 chapter 61 and make the appropriate corrections and clarifications this video needs.
The information in this video was accurate at the time of filming. However, we understand that laws change regularly, and we strive to stay up-to-date with all these changes to the best of our ability. We also try and include as much information as we can without making the video too long. Apologies
@@ConcealedCoalition @1:50 the one girl says along the lines of anyone in PA who carries a firearm in a vehicle without a permit is committing a felony.
This is not the way the law reads. At least not the copy of title 18 I have. Unless my copy is outdated.
To summarize(read the full text of title 18, particularly section 6106) It's only a misdemeanor unless you are ineligible to hold a LTCF or have committed any other criminal violation.
There are quite a few exceptions as well. One particular one I'd like to point out is exception 13.
The location of the firearm and whether or not it is loaded is also a huge factor.
@@jonyemmTrue, also you can transport a firearm to and from a place you're buying/selling it, fishing (fishing license required), hunting (with restrictions), and the shooting range.
Boy, I think there information about open carry is incorrect.they need to explain open carry more clearly, the way read it contradicts them selfs.
we try and include as much information as we can, without making them too long! These videos are also meant to be a precursor into your own research

Pa. , The home of Fetterwoman sometimes know as Fetidman !
All this is unconstitutional
uh, guys reconsider your symbol
it's a shooting target

Hahha funny pa doesnt have an open carry law funny and philadelphia has been told to cram it several times so there is that
If I’m a concealed pa resident can I take my pistols into New York to shoot on my friend property
A license is needed to possess a handgun. The application is made to the licensing officer of the city or county where the applicant resides, is principally employed, or where his principal place of business as a merchant or storekeeper is located. An alien may obtain a pistol license if he or she meets these requirements. NY Penal Law § 400(3).
Being from NY now living in pa the way I understand only way to have a hand gun in NY is traveling through. The gun must be mt amo stored in a separate location than the fire arm and you can only stop for fuel
Tons of Xboxes in Philly...
