Anxious to see this thing run, and see how much boost it actually makes

Seriously awesome watching your project come together! While it is true that the tensioner cannot be spring-loaded on that side, you could just make your own adjustable/semi-fixed idler for the location you are already using. I am sure that your design will look better than the GM unit.

Idk if you work as fast as it seems in your videos, but you don’t fuck around. My kinda speed. 👍🏻

are you planning on doing a port like the zzp or the intense performance?!?! I love these little M90 blowers they really whine when you port them.

Would welding a baffle over that seal solve the issue

Many people have successfully converted these blowers to suck through carb. I'm slowly converting one. I was able to find the rear needle bearings on Ebay that are a 2-lip seal, one behind the other, the lips can hold up to Nitromethane, Methanol, Ethanol, and gasoline...They are still available and being sold. Bro, are these steel or aluminum? I have a 99 4.7 jeep and the supercharger will not fit on the engine, I've seen people cut these up and make custom fittings, but I've never even thought about running it up like yours. This is what I would love to do I just don't have 1/10th the stuff lol

The cases are all aluminum. When I did this project years ago I bought the alpha tig welder and basically this was how I learned to tig on this project... Not the best welds but the setup works. 👍

@@rottersgarage I have a tig but its a cheap lil thing meant for stainless. Doesn't reverse polarity for aluminum. I've been dying to use this thing lol. Thanks for the response, maybe I'll see if I can find an alpha tig

With all respect, never sand blast these types of parts, it's almost impossible to clean them, and that will cause problems. From lots of repair experience, I've been getting these failure jobs for 63 years. Cheers.

Love the porting however welding in those silencer holes restricts the airflow, probably more than the porting gained you.
