    I'm sure everyone knows this is a take on the French/Louisiana King's Cake. The "baby" is called the Féve (french for bean) because it used to just be a hard uncooked bean in there. Lots of bakeries do ceramic figurines now days. The tradition I learned is if you get the Féve you have to bring the cake next year.
