At a place like this you would be better of being polite and friendly because they will still act like muppets, They are used to being able to bully people who are totally powerless. Most of them are bullies at heart and will resort to threatening you for taking their power away. However when or if you come to make a complaint, If you seem to be just antagonising them you lose some of the moral high ground.
